Overprice, like the review below ask for price upfront . Big mistake trusting Uyen to file our corporation tax since it’s is still not finished and we are now penalized for filing late. Plus she’s not a Cpa, idk why she even took the initiate to work on corporation taxes in the beginning, it’s been over two months and nothing has been finalized. I would not recommend this place.

Came here today Sunday 4/24/2021 - for the very first time to get my 2020 Taxes done with zero expectations. The Tax Office we normally go to wasn't available, (Closed due to 2020/2021 - COVID/Pandemic), so thought this would be a decent place to get Taxes done on a weekend. I was served by Ms. Kristie (Dung) guessing her name is "Kristie Uyen Le" based on the business card she handed me. She took a look at my paperwork and said "Ok, this is easy, Two W-2's and a few other things, we can do this.." I said "Well, great. How much?.." She said "We charge $70" um..thinking to myself..."Ok, for a first time Customer I guess...it would be nice if she could have trimmed a bit off the price tag, but what ever. * shrug * Ms. Kristie was professional and courteous. The whole process took about 20 min from start to finish..with E-File. EDIT - 5/19/2021 - Tax Returns arrived..as expected! Very happy...looking forward to returning again next year. :) Thank You!

Beware ask for a price upfront, they will swindle you. I've sent extended family to this place and after we've cross-referenced our fees, there was a huge discrepancy despite similar filing status.

This place has gone downhill since the previous owner passed. May his soul Rest In Peace, but he would be turning in his grave if he knew how poorly managed and bad it had become here. They do not believe in customer service. Multiple request for information has to made, and they have to be constantly reminded just to forward tax information. Uyen is confrontation and has taken a great family business and turned it into a mess. Her assistant is equally unprofessional and an embarrassment to tax professionals everywhere. Many loyal customers over the years are leaving due to her poor service and ineptitude. Uyen needs to be reminded that her customers are everything. You have a great thing going, so don't waste it with your rudeness. Until this place gets turned around and delivers better service, please stay clear!

Kristy Uyen Le, the tax preparer does a outstanding job. And the fee paying for tax service is lower than other locations

The new owner is very rude and lacks of tax knowledge.she did not ask the taxpayers the right questions.Totally avoid if you want to benefit all the deductions that you have the right to claim for.

The original owner died about a year ago. The new lady is terrible, her name is hong uyen le. When she did my taxes she said I owed $900 to the government but then I told her I never and that I always got money back, when I asked her to do it over she said I was actually getting $1200 back. She didn't even know how to file my taxes at first I had to research the tax code myself online. She is very rude and not very helpful. I would definitely do my taxes somewhere else
