Great fruit, veggies, preserves and pumpkin selection. Every type of pumpkin you can think of, every color. (I went in September.)

Cute neighborhood fruit stand. Past that… everything is expensive and pre-boxed. Bought a box of Apricots for $16. When I got home fruit at the bottom was already rotten. I’ll go elsewhere, where I can hand pick and buy, by the pound.
I’ll not return.

I found this place a bit overpriced. And grape was not so delicious. We came here during Halloween. The decorations were really nice. The people who worked there were not so friendly which was very surprising to me. 2 young girls probably related to the owner could not say at list hello. Strange to me, selling your own fruits for such expensive price. Can you guys at least be friendly to people who come to buy your stuff.

The social media of this farm is impeccable. It draws you in, and visiting is not a disappointment. Overall a very chill experience, while supporting local and getting fresh fruit and veg. Love the butternut squash and pluots they have this time of year.

We came by to take the farm tour, which I heard about somehow on social media. I didn't really know what to expect, but it was absolutely amazing. First, just getting tickets was a little confusing because on their web site, they say to go to a page to sign up, but there's no place to sign up. I just ended up emailing them to ask, and they had a couple slots free. $15/person, which wasn't clear from the web site or social media, but no big deal ... I paid them with Venmo. Was it worth $15? 100% yes. After the tour, I felt like $15 was a good deal. This 2 acre farm is at the end of a residential street and bumped up against 87. Evidently, the farm was 10 acres, and the city came by with eminent domain and took away 8 acres to make the highway. It is surrounded by normal San Jose suburban houses. They grow 150+ varieties of fruits and trees, packed in tightly, and they sell all of them at the fruit stand in front of the farm. Jason Cosentino, the grandson of the previous owners of the farm, is now the one farmer doing all the farming. He has to trim the trees, spray the trees, and also keeps a lot of honeybees as well. His grandfather who is 92 just retired a few years ago, and Jason decided to take over the farm. His grandfather also participated in the tour at the end, answering a lot of questions about the farm, farming, San Jose in the old days, etc. He and Jason were really engaging and funny and real. As we walked through the farm, Jason cut some grapes and apples and gave us samples, and at the end, also gave us some granola to eat while we talked to his grandfather. The farm itself is really beautiful, and hearing about how Jason is learning to become a farmer and tending to his farm was educational and entertaining, and just amazing to see a working farm in the middle of San Jose and think about how much the "Valley of Heart's Delight" (now known as Silicon Valley) has changed in just a single lifetime ...

My husband and I went for a tour and visit to this wonderful and friendly, family run farm/orchard. Begun in 1945, this is one of the last of its kind in the area, as population and housing has encroached over the past eight decades. Although late in the growing season, there were still apples, persimmons, pluot plums, squash and pomegranates. Phil Cosentino, the 92-year old patriarch of the family, has turned the farm over to his grandson Jason, who is now its main farmer. Jason gave our group an informative and interesting tour, followed by snacks and a Q&A with Phil. Besides the fruit, their farmstand also had a wide variety of homemade goodies available for purchase.
