ITaiwan is the newest taiwanese grocery store in the Bay Area which we are surely lacking of. Although the store is small, they do offer popular Taiwanese favorites like pineapple cakes, egg rolls, and teas. They have some awesome sales for examples when we visited, we got two boxes of eggrolls for $4. Theres a decent amount of mochi selection but the Corn Alley mochi I purchased was NOT good. The skin was so hard and the icecream was as flavorless as pink ice. Would not purchase again. Service was friendly although they mostly speak Mandarin. I do wish this location was bigger or they plan on expanding because there are so much more Taiwanese goods we are missing out on.

This small shop has a lot of Taiwanese snacks and specialty foods. The selection is much more curated than your standard grocery store. They also have special hard to find Taiwanese pastries like Sunny hills, Chia Te, and Pan's, and at much lower prices than Ranch 99. Staff are also really friendly.

They're having their grand opening, and I just had to check it out! They're a small, almost convenient store sized shop, but they have tons of goodies from snacks to tea to noodles and condiments. They had a promotion for yuzu apple cakes when I went in, so I had to get some! And it came with a super cute little tote bag! They had free samples, and they were so good. I'm excited to see what else they'll have!

The first Taiwanese grocery store in San Jose finally opened. I was there when they did a secret opening. It is located in the same mall as City Sports. The size of the store reminds me of 7-11. When you walk in, the sweets are in front of you and to the right are snacks. I tried their kumquat preserve and I liked it. I bought two types of the kumquats. As you go towards the back, there are frozen desserts and to the left of the store are the frozen food. You are welcomed in warmly by the staff. English is their second language so be patient with them. I'm glad they are open everyday so I can get a chance to drop in anytime and buy other grocery items.
