We were underprepared for the fierce competition to buy a home in West San Jose this spring. Lisa's calm professionalism helped us stay on track through challenging negotiations. She responded promptly and patiently to all our questions through the shopping and bidding process, and even after closing when we had some concerns about disclosure. In a difficult market, she helped us succeed in buying the first house we bid on, and we love it. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Lisa was recommended to me by a coworker, and I could clearly see why. Lisa is exceedingly kind, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. On day one, she had a large packet of information for us, including many listings that met our criteria in a home. She quickly responded to emails with easy-to-understand answers to the many questions that my husband and I had as first time home buyers. She also set up a fantastic website for us so my husband and I could easily monitor homes for sale within our specifications. Even though we ended up buying something outside of Lisa's area, I still wanted to write a review. Lisa kept track of our progress on the offer we put in and was first to congratulate us when the sale was final. She was also the first person to send us a congratulatory card in the mail. I would recommend Lisa without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking to buy a home. She's truly wonderful and I feel lucky to have met her.

We got Lisa name from a coworker at work. For many years, we enjoyed her regular mailing and information about the market but didn't have a need to sell or buy. Then one day we found ourselves in the need of selling a property in a short time so we called her up. She not only willing to help but remember my husband from many years back. Through out the process, she guided us through all of the legal aspect of selling a property, since it was our first time. She always on top of communication and provided daily status and feedback. We were very happy with the result and will be glad to work with her again and again when opportunity arise.

I've known Lisa Wiseman for over 10 years, first working together and then this year my husband and I finally decided to downsize and move closer to work. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was always communicating with us and all the parties involved to help move things along within a short time period for both our sale and purchase. She went the extra mile from the moment we contacted her and all the way through the process and beyond. I'm certain that if not for her, we would not be incredibly happy in our new place! After a horrible experience with our first real estate agent we found Lisa. The differences between the two were night and day and from the start she was working hard to find my wife and I a home. She worked very hard for us and most importantly she listened to what my wife and I were saying about our needs and budget. Using her vast resources she was able to find us a property that wasn't even listed and we got a tour of the place and were able to put a successful offer in once it went online. We look forward to our next home buying experience and working with Lisa again.

We found Lisa through an Intero advertisement online and then we looked her up on Yelp to see if she had any reviews. There was only one at the time but we called her and were pleased to meet up with her a few days later. Since we didn't live in the San Jose area, she was most helpful in determining neighborhoods that would suit our young family. As first-time homebuyers, we were intimidated by the process of home buying but she walked us through all the paperwork as the process moved along. We had previously contacted a loan company to finance our needs but they were not meeting our expectations so Lisa put us in contact with another company that was sharp and very proactive in their details of the financial paperwork. We highly recommend Lisa for your home purchase, whether first-time or just upgrading. She is readily available and always willing to help in any way she can. We don't plan on moving again for many years to come but if we had to, we'd call Lisa up instantly.

I'm old enough to have encountered many agents. Lisa IS THE BEST. Superior Market Knowledge, detail oriented, complete protection of your interests, tireless and fun to be with.......see for yourself. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. My wife and I spent several months with Lisa looking for investment opportunities, from single family homes to multi-plexes. Lisa found dozens of potentials, set up many many viewings, wrote up offer after offer until finally we snagged a 5-plex in Monterey with Lisa leading the negotiation of a super price for us. Lisa was always positive and ready for the next. She can do so for you too.
