I thought they very helpful organization, but sounds like they just enjoying inside and lock the door and it’s said ring the bell they are going back and forward in the office. They don’t care if you outside in the door and I drive more than an hour from San Francisco

The facility is open. There is enough space for parking cars. There is a ramp for people with special needs. There is an elevator. To get to the restroom, you need to look for keys from the staff.

Went to the Bascom office door was lock, ring the bell like 3 times in fifteen minutes no one opened the door eventhough a lady saw me from behind the glass door clearly but ignored me then I called the number listed on Google a lady answered, she told me to make an appointment I asked her how, she said I can make it for you and send the confirmation to your number I said ok, but she never sent me any confirmation and never answered my calls as well.
