My five-year-old iPhone 6s (I know) finally died on me & wouldn't power on, even when plugged in. Since my iCloud was full, the backup could not restore the important most recent data onto my new phone. Thus, I needed to get the old phone operable to at least retrieve that data ASAP. Mansoor responded to my request quickly & we were able to arrange for him to run the diagnostic the next day (Saturday)... The problem was not as easy a fix as just replacing the battery, so he kept troubleshooting through the weekend--updating me along the way--&, lo & behold, he got the phone working again (crucially, with all the data intact!)! Mansoor is affable & he saved the day!

I loved service provided by ifixers. Mansur, the owner, is very accommodating, responsive and trustworthy.I shattered the back panel glass on my iphone 12, and was looking for a replacement of just the glass panel and not the entire parts (like apple does it for a lot of money), as everything worked great.Mansur came to my house to pick up the device and brought it back. Hassle-free!!! I love the mobile aspect of the service! So convenient for the clients!Repaired phone looks like brand new and the back panel glass carries apple logo!!! Which even UbreakIfix franchise does not offer!!Definitely recommend!!!

Abdul is professional and courteous person to do business with. I brought my product red I phone (SE), both the front and back were in need of repair. Abdul, ordered all the parts and fixed it up in less than two hours. He knows his apple products pretty well, Thank you!

Tried to use this place as an Amazon Pickup location but it is a joke. They are not open on Fridays nor after 6pm. Even during their advertised hours you cannot get anyone to answer the door. I have reported them to Amazon but urge everyone to beware of this scam.

This man literally just pulled a whole miracle in less than an hour. And I mean, went and got parts and then did the actual service in less than 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES!!! A PHONE REPAIR!! Like are you kidding me?! This man deserves nothing but the finest things in life. Life saver forreal. 10/10 recommending to everyone!

Words can't express how thankful I am for this place. My phone screen broke today before work, I rely on my phone for work completely. Called a few places, some quoted me up to $600! This place sadly didn't have my screen in stock, but the guy I spoke with went above & beyond, got in contact with another place that had it, drove half way to Walnut Creek to get it for me, met me at the store & fixed it in 20 minutes & only cost me $229!! I will forever come back to this place to fix any problems & tell all my friends. Save my butt & the customer service was outstanding.

Great service, fast turnaround and good communication. I was at 5 stars after having my iPhone screen repaired on two separate occasions. Came back once because screen wasn't as perfect as it had been in the past and got it done in short time without any hassle. I'll be coming back.

I had cracked my iPhone 8 Screen and had tried to replace it myself. But couldn't as my hands were too shaky. I went to iFixers. Not only did Adbul help reassemble, he pointed out that using a screw of wrong length could damage the PCB. He did not put few screws for that very reason saying that all would stay together even with fewer screws. Phone has started working. And above all, he said there was no charge as it took only a couple of minutes of his time. That is what I call is Customer Service. We have several Apple devices so I will be definitely going back to Abdul when any of them need repairs.

After great results from them with an older phone in the past I had high expectations. I brought my latest iPhone in for a screen replacement. Three days later, the whole display went black. I brought it back in and they replaced it again. But now my phone isn’t as responsive to touch. I also just got a notification from my phone that it is detecting non-Apple parts. I am really wishing that I had just lived with the crack or gone to Apple store. My fault for assuming they were Apple approved or used legit Apple parts.
