I am Here right now, girl at front desk saying my card declined but there's no decline on my end. My card works but sometimes it'll show error. This not the first time my card does that, but she tells me it's decline, there's a big difference between the two..Ended up having to cancel because of this after long 8 hour drive and end up having to sleep in my car at the Denny's parking lot

Great hotel! Clean and convenient. Comfortable beds. Jose at the front desk is super nice. Breakfast is really good and offers options. Omelet lady was rude, she needs better customer service training. I was there 11/14/23.Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: Quite and safeFood & drinks: Great breakfast

Thin walls made for a terrible night. The ladies next door were chatting but we could hear every word. This place doesn't count as a Hyatt.

This place is nice and new with good breakfast. Worked out great for a last minute delayed flight. Suites were cute!

The front desk is cheerful, but quick to slide the credit card transaction before I was able to complete my question. Parking is $15/vehicle. THE room key is difficult to use in the elevator. My brother had his in his wallet and the reader could not read past the pocket, so he took off a card on top and tapped again. And he still had to put everything down to take the card out and finally hold the key to the reader another few times. I couldn't tell if I had to wait for the door to shut completely for the reader to read before I can even press on the floor buttons. On an early morning elevator ride down another patron had her dog and pointed out the piece of tissue on the floor of the elevator. I wasn't sure what she tried to say, I guess to watch out for the trash?THE SUITE is great to look and walk into. My neice and brother enjoyed the rolling ottoman pieces. The bathroom vanity mirror is so cool and bigThe remote needed new batteries, we didnt get to call maintenance as it took all day for them to get to our request anyway.they did add extra towels.Sadly the walls are still paper thin!!We had the room above sounding like they were smashing heavy items on the floor on and off in the afternoon. It woke my mother and I at 2am.Then my brother woke up to use the bathroom and heard procreation through the vents.THE POOL: Using the pool was fine, the times start late at 10am. Their towels and chairs are fully stocked. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated and the pool bathroom was trashed. There was blood spotted tissues on the sink, and the toilet was impossible to use with the toilet seat cover bulk covered on and all over the toilet area.BREAKFAST: The seating was the best and roomy with different seat variations as well. However a lot of serving handles, and condiment bottles I touched were sticky. I asked for blueberries and they were only able to dash a few in their next tray. I went back and forth to check for the fruit tray, so I wish they just told me they didn't have them. The eggs seemed to be from powder since they were dry. The bagels and toast is always a busy corner. Having the pancake syrup right next to the bread case may not be the best idea since it was cornered between the buffet and toaster! I always felt someone lined up behind me and ive forgotten to grab what i needed to grab. There was a whole buffet section of casing that wasn't being used, but the sterno and serving ware could have been stored there to control the crowding. I made the mistake of grabbing pancakes from the bottom of the hot plate, and it was tough to chew. I think the pancakes were still a better option than the French toast. For the cost this experience the value is low.

Good location close to San Jose (Mineta) airport. 5-minute by car or you can take the #60 bus to 1st and Brokaw and walk 5-minutes.Rooms are basic but quite clean and functional. Walk-in shower, hot water but the water pressure could be better. There's a awkwardly angled rail in the shower that would be easy to bash your elbow on.Good quality breakfast with omelettes made by the very friendly Susan. Fresh fruit, fresh juices, potatoes, eggs, ham and waffles. And, of course, coffee with to-go cups.Very friendly folks on reception including Danielle.I didn't realize until checkout that the hotel offers a shuttle to|from Mineta airport

I have to admit this time around I've encountered the worst front desk girl named Veronica. Mind you I made the reservations weeks ago. Me and my family have travelled all the way from San Diego to San Jose by car. I have checked in digitally but when I arrived at the front desk that night at 9pm. The girl named Veronica with in a bad mood rudely told me that they were fully booked weeks ago and that the booking confirmations does not mean a thing. So She told me that the manager had already arranged a room for us next door at the Hyatt Place. The Hyatt Place front desk told me they don't have any reservation instead to go back to the Hyatt House next door. So I told him I am not going over there to figure things out but call the girl Veronica and asked for an explanation. Eventually we stayed at the Hyatt Place which I don't mind at this point as I am very tired driving for 9 hours. Now were were being charged for a NO SHOW at the Hyatt House. We'll see if they will refund me the charge. You could really tell the difference of service from the Irvine Hyatt to the Manchester Grand Hyatt where we've stayed that same week as opposed to this location, people need to be retrained or just be fired as these employees just destroy the image of the hotel.

Nice clean hotel with complementary breakfast. Only complaint was the TV was very small and you have to pay for daily parking.

Pretty much no complaints about this hotel except petty ones (like the elevator doors closing reeeaaallllly slow lol). Seems like a fairly new Hyatt since it's very clean and has modern decor. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel is because it's within short walking distance of a VTA station that has a direct route to downtown SJ; hotel to station (Karina Station) is about a 5 min walk. I didn't need the airport shuttle service but I saw the shuttle a couple of times at the drop-off/pick-up loop. Spacious parking lot.Staff is friendly and readily offered my Hyatt loyalty membership perks. While walking past the front desk to head to my room for the night, the front desk staff member wished me a good night.....it's the little things.Vicinity of the hotel is quiet as well (surrounded by other hotels and office buildings). Overall highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the SJ area.

This is a very nice new hotel with a free breakfast and very close to the airport. The one thing that irks me is the parking lot is usually empty but they charge you for parking just to grab your money.

Generally speaking, all Hyatt hotels regardless of level treat Globalist very well. I came here for 41 nights, and here are some cons:1. No upgrades2. Inconsistent cleanings3. Stinginess on giving water, even though we have 4 guests in the roomMost of the staff are friendly, but there are a couple that are very rude. It is important for this site to undergo some trainings.

I love Hyatt House's in general and this one was no exception. I was upgraded to a studio suite as an Explorist which was great since it came with a kitchenette, dining space and sitting area.Everything looked pretty new and the bathroom was a good size with a look nook area between the sleeping area and bathroom. The hotel in general looked pretty new although it may have been a remodel? I say that because the elevator was not quite as smooth as a new elevator. Also the layout of the floors are a little strange to me in that my room felt a little hidden away. Pretty much as soon as I get off the elevator I had to make a turn which just isn't common in hotels I stay in.There is breakfast served in the mornings. There are some outdoor spaces as well that looked nice but it was a drizzly day when I was there. My one "con" I guess is that I wasn't offered bottled water which is a perk for explorist members but I ordered boba tea delivery anyways so it worked out for me.You do have to pay for parking and register your car even though it's self parking on a flat lot. I checked-in and immediately went to return my rental car so I'm not sure how much it is.

This is great place before going in or out of sjc airport. They provide a shuttle to or from the airport, reservation are required. They also had rooms with a kitchen for longer stays. The Hbar has food and drinks. Market place has chips and candies. Breakfast is included with room. There is also a Denny's across the driveway.
