Hung Phat is a great place to go to choose your rings. The staff who is Sao Mai was very enthusiastic to help me to have a wonderful rings. She is fun and friendly. I'm very satisfied with my rings.

1 sao là quá nhiều. tôi mua nhiều lan hột xoàn và nhẫn CÓ GIÁ TRỊ.thậm chí tôi o tiểu bang khác toi mua qua điện thoại và đưa tiền trước rồi mới bay về lấy .lúc mua thì noi ,khi bán rat dể dàng. -15%-20%. bolala... nhung khi tôi dem lai bán,các giấy tờ nhu GIA, receipt dều đầy đủ, thi họ nói là phai giử lại 4 tuần trở lên de kiểm dịnh rồi mói tính tiep. dó là policy cua ho. các bạn nghĩ xem bao nhiêu chuyen sẻ xãy ra chờ bạn, khi mình làm dều dó. 1 tiệm tôi dã từng nói và nghĩ tốt về họ. đến khi đụng chuyện thì chỉ còn con số ZERO.tôi phải đem tiệm kế bên ( hình như la Thành tín hay gì dó tại toi o tiểu bang khác nen k nhớ kỷ) bán , nhỉ nhiên là phải thâu thấp hỏn vì k phải họ bán ra. nhưng họ trả tiền mặt tại chổ k cần làm bắt cứ paper work gì.tôi nói o đây là sự thật ,cho các bạn biết khi quyết định mua hột xoàn có giá trị và nhất là người o tiểu bang khác.

Came back to this store again and only looking for SAO MAI and Ý. One again, both of them providing an excellent customer services to my fiancé. It was his first time meeting both ladies. SAO MAI and Ý gave him a suggestion on the length for necklace. He wants to do his custom necklace. We will receive it in 5 weeks later.

Most friendly and kind and best service on top of the great professionalism that they offered.Very impressed with the service.Always very humble and kind. Exceptional service along with great quality I am absolutely in love with my bracelet fits great Thank you so much, guys are the best very impressed with the service the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Chi Minh greeted me, very knowledgeable and she was very reasonable with the prices. In the process for a 2 week of weight for the gold im putting on my naga Buddha pendant. Minh was nice enough to do the bail on one of my pendants free or charge. Definitely coming back in the future.??

I recently visited Hung Phat jewelry store in San Jose and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Sao Mai to create a custom bangle and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient and accommodating when I changed my mind about some of the details, and she really took the time to make sure that I was happy with the final product. Although the bangle wasn't quite what I had expected, I still appreciate her attention to detail and her commitment to making sure I received the best possible product. I would highly recommend Sao Mai and her jewelry store to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful piece of jewelry.

I was looking for places to get my ring cleaned for my upcoming wedding and I decided to call Hung Phat. Mai answered the phone and she was super sweet! She told me to come in and she will have it looking sparkly as ever! The whole process took less than 5 min and my ring came out beautifully cleaned and sparkly! Mai was so sweet throughout the process and wished me well for wedding! Thank you Mai!
