Worked with Ann when I wanted to sell a few pieces and inquired about other things like jewelry cleaning and inquired about some pendants and she was super professional. Her courtesy, and transparency led to an amazing experience and I never felt nervous or anxious when discussing prices. I asked to have my gold chain and pendant cleaned and when I said I was going to the restroom she said that she wouldn't clean it unless I was present so I could have eyes on my jewelry at all times.

Bad customer service. Asked questions regarding the gold bars that I wanted to buy but the owner was cold and wasn't inviting. If they answered with a nice and inviting way, they would attract more customer.

Went to go check out some pave diamond bracelets with my mom…..but didn’t think I would walk out with one.
I wanted a pave diamond bracelet to sit flush with my Cartier bracelet. I saw one all ready to go but it was a little bit rounder than I liked (Cartier bracelets are kinda oval). So Bao Khanh suggested she reshape it. I wasn’t prepared so I didn’t have the screw to take off my Cartier bracelet. It was all good bc she ended up just eyeballing it; she did an AWESOME job. She also added the link on the side for extra security (per my request).
I spent a fraction of the price compared to other jewelry stores; I saved about 25-30% of retail and the quality of these diamonds, although small, are really good. And they have a lifetime guarantee; if any of the diamonds fall out, they will replace it.
THANKS so much! I will be back!

When I entered here I was nicely greeted by the attendant named Như Ý. She was very helpful in the whole process of me buying an engagement ring. Explained the differences between the diamonds and compared the settings that she recommended for the size diamond we chose. Overall her knowledge and friendly demeanor made it so fun and enjoyable to look at rings, this coming from a guy who doesn't like jewelry. Would definitely recommend this place and our attendant. If you see this Như Ý thank you very much for the fun conversation and helping me choose the best ring for me.

We visited randomly while strolling through Grand Century mall and stumble to this place. Honestly, I thought these are tourist trap place, but I really had a great experience here. Hoà An was so helpful and nice to our family. She also provided great service and really good deal. We were able to get our jewelry cleaned too.. so yay. Definitely will come back for my jewelry stuff.
