Absolutely TERRIBLE and hostile customer service. Late opening and late for appointments while accosting the customer when stated appointment made by phone. Old lady employee called the customer old, yelled while flipping us off and locking the door. I hope this location is closed soon so people can comfortably get taxes done.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. NONE. Do NOT COME HERE. This is the worst place to do your taxes. I wouldn't trust these people with ANYTHING. They are incompetent, rude, liars and flat out disrespectful. My husband and I brought our tax paperwork here on Thursday, didn't hear a single word from them after. Like umm what? It's our taxes. We called and called, no answer. We assumed they were busy as most tax places are. We go in today - they said we never came in. Questioning on if we were at the right place like we're two dummies. Then after my husband proved to them that we were there - they then said they can't find our paperwork. They had the audacity to ask us "are you sure you gave it to us?" and continued with their rudeness to customers. People literally trust these fools to do something so important like taxes and you talk to them like this?! Once they found it, they threw it on the table and asked us to come later, asked how we were going to pay. Umm no. I'm not worried about payment right now. You get paid when you actually do your job and not accuse us of not remembering where we went. Naturally my husband got upset at their lack of professionalism and how they were talking so rudely - the lady said "we don't need clients like you" WHAT?! WE don't need you. You need US. This is the worst experience we've had and best believe I will spread the word. This location needs some serious 101 on treatment of customers, how to talk and how to do their damn job let alone do your job ON TIME. I wouldn't let them file my nails let alone file my taxes. If you're reading this and work at this location, YOU NEED SERIOUS HELP or close your office to save anyone else from the frustration you cause. Get some training.

UPDATE: these guys say "hey call us to fix this" and then decide that because the *bare minimum* aka taxes were filed was completed that their guarantee was fulfilled. I was told they tried to call me multiple times when I have ONE missed call. Don't bother coming here. Would have spent less time and money doing my taxes myself. Defeated the whole purpose. I will be echoing previously mentioned disappointments without naming names. I had to handhold the team from the get-go. When I dropped off our paperwork I was told I would get a call later that day from our tax pro to confirm they had received the paperwork and were getting started. I called the next day to see what the deal was, and didn't receive a response until yet the next day. I was worried our papers might even get lost - especially with the sensitive nature of this type of document. Throughout the process I had to repeated repeat and reconfirm information that had been entered on our intake paperwork or that could be answered by looking at the tax forms themselves. On top of that, our appointments were repeatedly reschedules on us. The tax pro did not complete our taxes before our signing appointment. We watched her input our papers while we sat there for an HOUR, this should have been a 5 minute appointment to sign documents. We were then asked to leave some of the papers so she could finish scanning them but that they would be ready for pick up Sunday. I returned Monday to find no sign of them, but that they would be done Tuesday. I received a call Wednesday that they were ready. When I asked to speak to someone about the experience, I've never received a call or the requested CC'd email, and about a week has passed. The whole point was to save myself time, but after all this I should have just done our taxes myself. Complete waste of our time and money. Would have been better off doing it ourselves. Completely unprofessional.
