Rick and Clint did a great job swapping my front windshield after we found a crack on it. Rick did an awesome and honest inspection and Honda took care of all the costs given there was no impact point. I am so thankful for their great service and support.

I wanted to buy a used Honda Accord a week ago, but people here were selling the car at a ridiculously high price, almost like a new car (they inflate the prices of new cars too, apparently because they're in high demand). The salesperson insisted that I buy a 'compulsory' security feature, while putting pressure that someone else was about to purchase that same car. While me and my wife were still discussing the price, he said, 'Take it or leave it.' We left right after hearing those words.
We found a better car at a better price elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Honda CRV maintenance contract I purchased in 2021. When I had to move back to India in May 2024, I requested a cancellation of the contract providing authorization to send the check to my friends US address and was informed it would take seven weeks to process the refund. Despite providing all necessary documentation and following up multiple times over three months, the finance team was unresponsive and unhelpful. They eventually sent the refund to my US address, instead of my friends address as i already got moved from USA to India and then claimed they were not responsible, leaving me to chase the issue further. This level of service is not what I expected from a reputable dealership like Honda.
