Front office was very friendly, the first thing I noticed coming into my room was the scent, the scent of fresh cleanliness. After inspecting my roomI'm happy to say my room was VERY clean! We got a room next to the highway but we cannot hear a thing. I highly recommend this place. I love the fact that target is just down the street!!

It's a relatively new hotel but my room didnt feel like it. Shower head was slightly leaking at the threads, edges around shower and bathroom were needing a recaulk, and tv wouldn't allow casting. The room was spacious with a sofa, kitchenette, and desk so this would be a good place for a business traveler. Location near freeway and offices was also good. Breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at the Homesuite Hotel, and I must say, it's a fantastic choice for traveling working professionals. The place is impeccably clean, which is a top priority for me. The quiet atmosphere provided the perfect environment to focus on my work, and the fact that it's updated and modern is a huge plus. I truly appreciate that.Whether you're in town for business or just looking for a comfortable stay, this hotel has it all. The amenities and ambiance make it a great option, and I can highly recommend it. ?

Truely a nice place to be in when you are around the place. I enjoyed the stay there. The complimentary breakfast spread was also decent. Would love to be staying again, next time I visit there.Rooms: Rooms are too good too good to desco. You have a kitchen with all equipment, you have a mini bar and every other facility that you would expect in a luxury room.Walkability: You will find a Target mall within 10 mins walking distance.

Checked into my room and toilet didn’t work and had to change room. There is the ability to request certain items ahead of time none were acknowledged. I had to ask for everything and then they still weren’t available. Towels had an odor. Counters in kitchen were dirty. Management never called me even though I requested them too. Bright spot was the breakfast bar. Great staff and food.Rooms: Need to be updated and cleaner.

Let me start with a positive by saying the breakfast was delicious! The staff was nice when checking in. When I arrived to my room door there were dirty dishes by the floor next to the door as if housecleaning had not picked them up after check out. This was alarming because I felt like my room may not have been cleaned prior to me checking in. My bathroom was not properly cleaned as there was hair in the shower and on the sink. The room occasionally had a stale smell. There were no designated Diamond parking spaces and I definitely didn’t appreciate paying for parking. The internet did not work well the entire stay.

Conveniently located an exit from Levi's Stadium. It's also close to many good restaurants, coffee shops, boba tea shops within 5 miles. Nice hotel, spacious and clean room. The bed, pillows, and work chair are very comfortable. Bath towels are soft. The only one thing that bothers me is that they charge $15 for overnight parking per vehicle per night. This is not downtown and they have plenty of available parking spots. Parking should be waived for Hilton Honors members. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights.

Room was not as clean as it should be for the price that I paid. Carpet had debris, kitchenette was dirty, food remnants on counter, stain near the sink and a handprint on the dishwasher. No bags in any of the trash bins. Digital key stopped working 45 minutes before check-out.Nearby activities: Close to Levi's Stadium and Top Golf.Food & drinks: Reception bites were good and free beer/wine was a great perk. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of items to help fill you up until lunch.

Customer service here isn’t too bad. Staff is definitely over worked, especially during the weekend, with all the big families. So be warn, you may request for housekeeping but they never come. I scheduled it twice during our stay, and no one came (turns out they forgot to put our suite in the queue for cleaning (for both days). The rooms, are what is expected for what the cost is. Walls and ceiling are extremely thin. You can hear the family who are staying next to you, and if theres a guest above you, well hope they are not on the bed, or hope that they are sleeping. We stayed on the 1st floor so parking lot noise was also very much present and you can smell anyone outside smoking. Aside from that, nice pool area, breakfast was always delicious and they have a nice gym room as well. If you plan to stat here, have low expectations, you get what you paid for.

I should have looked at recent reviews. This hotel has a major housekeeping problem.There was clearly a disgusting semen stain on the picture next to my bed in the room. I politely asked two days in a row for my room to be cleaned and specifically that item. The first day they cleaned the room and missed the picture. The second day I asked again and left a note where it was and they didn't clean my room at all. I called when I got in in the evening and the person at the front desk was basically like "I don't know what you want me to do" with no apology and I said I want someone to come clean it now.I waited 20 minutes and a man shows up not wearing anything indicating he works there... I let him in and show him the stain and he laughs because he knows exactly what it is. He says he'll send housekeeping tomorrow and I say why can't you clean it now? And he says he's not housekeeping, I ask who he is and he says "houseman". So I said can't you get Lysol? Then he says yes like he's going to bring it for me to clean and I say I am not cleaning it. Finally he leaves and comes back and cleans it.Just outrageous that 1. I even had to experience that and 2. it was such a fight to get it cleaned at all.

Pretty good hotel, but a bit lacking. Housekeeping doesn't put liners in the trash cans, just drapes them over the side. Also, they recently stopped giving dish soap with your room. They also started charging 15$ for parking. Over all, rooms are decent. Housekeeping rarely cleans behind furniture though.Out of the way and far from the airport. Long drive into SJ down first street to get on 87 or 101. At least 10-20 minutes. Not a great location.Our last stay was interrupted by an accident on the freeway, where we heard screams and first responders for over an hour. Not the hotel's fault, but it is by a noisy freeway.Hotel charged us 15$ for parking, even though we said we had no car overnight. Should be free for diamond members anyways. Not cool. We had to ask for our free waters. Most Hiltons hand over a welcome bag. Digital key wasn't ready when room was, so we had to get a physical key. We had been staying here frequently, but don't plan to return. Location was already far from ideal, but the parking charge is the last straw, which is deal breaker. Plenty of better Hiltons in SJ.Rooms: Decent sized rooms. Microwave, stovetop, toaster. There is a garbage disposal and basic cookware. No oven.Shower is a little gross, with mold and worn grout lines. Sink fixtures don't work very well.Televisions have chromecast bolted on with anti-theft. TVs are bolted to the walls.Each room has its own HVAC, which works pretty well. You can open the windows slightly, but you just hear a noisy freeway.Nearby activities: NoneSafety: Lots of locked doors. Don't forget your key card or it takes a long time to walk out to the lobby.No lifeguard. People usually prop the doors open in the center quad and pool area to bypass security.No parking security or guards, even though they charge for parking.Walkability: None. It's by a freeway (237), in an odd spot near the estuary.

As the kids are off school for a couple of months and plus we used to stay here during the day off for a family staycation:-) Hotels are my kids 2nd home away from home. Here is a very family atmosphere from the room, dining area, lobby and the Staff here we love them very much as they took care of their guests as a family as well like Ms. Mabel , Ms. Joy front desk team and in the breakfast Ms. Ysabel and the rest of the breakfast team , housekeeping Team along with the maintenance...Rooms: We love the rooms from the design, furniture and the ambiance even though there is no view and since you can cook if it happens too tired to walk out and grab food :-) can watch separately the little ones and the adults at the same time :-)Safety: The doors can only be accessible by whoever stays or checked in... All the Team members here and management are great. Again we Thank you for always having our stay enjoyable ? this is my Son favorite as well he since he is 1 yr old to now that he is 8yrs old.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! Hotel was dirty from the beginning, staff were unhelpful and seemed confused and unsure how to address our concerns. Both rooms had bed bugs! This place is horrid!

Can I give this place 0 stars? This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We were there to check in at 3, waited 45 minutes for our room to not be ready. It still wasn’t ready at 5pm. When it was “cleaned” makeup from the previous person was there along with the Keyes, there were press on nails left in the shower and crumbs along the side tables. Glad I had my own wet ones to wipe things off. Would have been better off staying at a motel 6 honestly. When I complained I was told there were no managers on staff but I could get my parking fee waived. Ha! I spent almost $400 to stay one night in a dirty room. Only thing they had going for them was a nice complementary breakfast. This should not be called a “Hilton” hotel because Kathy would be devastated to have her name attached to this place.
