I had a great experience at HomeGoods today. Even though it was after Christmas, the store was still well-organized and full of items. I usually find these stores too cluttered and hard to shop in, but not this time. I found some nice things for my dog, too. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I checked out quickly. I was very impressed with this HomeGoods.

I can't say enough good things about the HomeGoods store! The moment you step inside, you're transported into a world of elegance and charm. The beautifully curated collection of home accessories and furniture is simply breathtaking. The staff are passionate about design and go above and beyond to assist you in finding the perfect pieces. Whether you're seeking a complete home makeover or just a small update, this store has something to suit every style and budget.

I am a huge shopper of these kinds of stores in the San Jose area and surrounding small cities. This location has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a HomeGoods, TJ, Maxx, or marshals. I got greetings at the door and very wonderful conversations at the checkout. Everything is so neatly organized and had great stock options.

Has a range of unique items. I recently moved into a new place and wanted to add a modern touch and got some art and a floor mirror at affordable prices.

As far as HomeGoods go, it's a little on the small side, but the staff does a good job simultaneous packing in a lot of product but not making it feel over cluttered. You can always find something interesting here, but I have found that seasonal items aren't just at the front of the store, but can be scattered a bit in other parts. So keep an eye out if you're on the hunt!

Lots of home decor and kitchen stuff. Good for folks who like decorating or doing home organization. Always end up spending more money than I expected because of so many interesting finds and fairly reasonable prices. Cashier always asks if I found everything ok, to which my answer always is..."I found more than what I came looking for"

The HomeGoods store on Brokaw Rd. was a much more pleasant shopping experience than the other location. Both are great places for lovers of home furnishing/decor hunting, but this one is better. Less people traffic, so it's more relaxing. And, it appears less cluttered and more organized, so it's easier to shop around. Their lamp section is abundant and worthwhile to check out! Also to mention, sales associates were helpful and busily working. Ample parking, too!

The only crime HomeGoods has done is still stocking Rae Dunn in 2022 (it's ugly). Other crimes by HomeGoods: - Returns can only be done via store credit (source: website) - Fast inventory changes I generally love HomeGood products & there are great finds here. I found this green snoopy mug (so cute) and some festive cat toys (fun) but they were already gone when I visited again that week! No snoopy mug to be found (until I revisited again two weeks after, but completely different styles: pink, orange, blue, mint) & the cat toy section was completely limited to the scratch posts (no more festive and crinkly toys). I've bought my standing mirror, gift boxes (~$3, $5, $10), and wooden serving tray from here. It's not a necessarily cheap place but it is definitely a fun visit after shopping at Ulta Beauty next door.

All HomeGoods stores are not equal, and this is one of the better ones. It's newer, cleaner, and has more pet supplies, which is what I come here for. All of my family members have dogs, so come holiday season, I need to buy gifts for everyone! They have cute sweaters and rain coats for pets, and it's clean and well-organized. That's a win for me :) Bonus: this location does allow dogs. Some home goods can be hit or miss on this policy.
