This place is really deteriorating over the years and now looks like after Apocalypse - scattered old parts and cars around , dirty place as hell , everything open and unattended.used them in the past 3-4 times,even referred my neighbors but no moreIf you have a simple fender bender on you 15+ years old car that you don't care much you might try to used but ...Non existent customer service , voice box is full you can cannot leave a msg. At 10 am on Tuesday nobody is there you try to ask someone to help you and they just turned their backs on you it is like you not there.If you are brave enough to leave your car you are on your own, don't expect someone to follow up for the process of the repair.After wondering 40min +and checking out the shop, without finding anyone to talk to the repair I need, I got terrified that I have to leave my car there and left.Yes they have done decent repairs in the past for cheap but I felt everything is really going downhill in the Hiep Hoa body shop .I really don't want to judge anyone business but the place is unacceptable and I would not recommend it

My mom found this place by accident years ago. Now we always bring our cars here to be serviced. Thanh is super nice and always pleasant to talk to. Always smiling every time I see him.

The good: I came to get my front door fixed because someone hit my parked car while I was home. I had a document from the other driver's insurance that I brought with me and I was able to get my car in without an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome. The guy who works here is friendly, easy to talk to, and an expert in his field. I felt he was very trustworthy and honest. He was able to diagnose and inspect the car quickly. I was able to save some money by going with Hiep Hoa rather than have the insurance company fix the car. The bad: I was told the car would be ready in 4 days but then called and was told it would take another 5 days. I called 5 days later he said it would take another 4 days. Then 4 days later he said 3 more days because they needed insurance to re evaluate. He could've called me sooner to tell me if that was plan since apparently insurance came several days ago. I came during opening hours but the worker wasn't there and the other folks who worked there weren't able to help me. I waited around 15 minutes for him to come back. I came with a quote from Farmer's Insurance with how much they estimated the damage on my car was and he said it'd require the full amount they quoted for the damage plus a few hundred more for wheel damage that they didn't report. His analysis took maybe 5 minutes or less. I was hoping that he'd be able to fix everything for a cheaper price so I could pocket some of that returned money from insurance. I called twice and no one picked up (voice mail box was also full). The interesting: There are other people at the shop other than the main owner but it seemed like no one could offer help or services besides him. When I came and he had stepped out, they just told me to wait around for him to come back.

Fraud!!!!! Rip off!!!! Poor Quality Work!!! You will pay money on top of money if you come here!!!! You will have to get your car repair somewhere else after you get your car worked on here!!! Scam!!!! Must Avoid At All Cost!!! Do NOT take your car here!!! Scam!!! Read all other NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST!!! Be AWARE!!! My car got vandalized and I brought it here for what I thought was going to be quick and fair price repair. 6 weeks and $4,800 later my car still shows dents, my driver side window won't function properly and my car ended smelling like p****** Their s*** work cost me almost another $1,000 to repair somewhere else to fix up their illegitimate work on top of what they have already charged me. Each time I call the guy here, he would either not pick up my call or would hung up on me without saying anything. The only time he would call me is when he needs me to make incremental payments for additional This and that work on my car where I have to drive all the way down to his shop to pay him in cash. I must have visited his shop at least 4 times without leaving with me He would pressure me saying he'd be going to LA and need money fast. I wanted to take my car to another shop to get work done as I already smell sketchiness from a mile but he keep on leading me on saying it'll be fix tomorrow. While I'm at the shop - I can see this dude take advantage of other Vietnamese customers!!! - especially the ones who doesn't speak English or is new to the United States. I had to keep my mouth shut because I was afraid he was gonna wreck my car out of retaliation as it was being held hostage. Do not bring your car after here. He will take advantage of you and will cause you a ton of stress and the work done here will cause you to bring your to get it fix again costing you money twice!!! Do not let the guy here fool you. Bait and switch tactics is very well played here!! Avoid at all cost. This dude would even call you to harass for money in almost extortion! Avoid all potential stress heartaches and lost of money for disgusting poor work via taking your car somewhere else! Anywhere else!!

Thang is a great guy in term of saving money for his customers. My bmw3 got no full insurance and need to repair it after deer collision. Thanh promised me the cheapest price price in the Bay Area and indeed he is! Tho it takes a few month to fully repair but it saves me quite a lot money vs other shops. Thank you Thang and I highly recommend him

The job was not entirely complete. The bumper is missing screws and is wobbly second day after the job was done. Further and more irritating, was that items were moved around in my car and my telephone was stolen along with my gas card. The owner tried to imply that his workers only did work on the outside of the car. I explained to him that someone needed to drive the car into the work area and into the parking area and then back to the customer reception area but he refused to acknowledge and simply didn't care! So now I have a bumper that is not complete and a phone and gas card that have disappeared along with some cash!! Stay away from this auto body repair!!!Service: Body & Trim

Hiep Hoa has been my "go to" paint and body shop since for over 25 plus years. All my family goes to them as well and they do great work! All you do is hand over the keys and your vehicle comes back looking amazing. Give them a try!

LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! I had TWO cars affected by this shop: The first had some body panel replacements. After they replaced the panels, one of the outer trim pieces started to stick out after a few weeks as if they used cheap doublesided tape. We told them about it and they said they'll let us know when they are free and they'll fix it BUT THEY NEVER DID. My 2nd car was in a pretty bad accident where the entire front driver suspension needed to be replaced, including my driver's side brake line, headlights, washer fluid tank, front bumper, and front fender. I got my car back, and the headlights weren't even OEM, the bumper has a permanent sag issue, and the fender ISN'T EVEN CORRECTLY PAINT MATCHED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE THE WASHER FLUID TANK AND MY BRAKE LINE LIKE THEY QUOTED ON MY INSURANCE!! Honestly, there were so many MISSING PARTS that they QUOTED but DIDN'T REPLACE.My car started making clicking and clunking noises a week after I got my car back from them, and when I brought it in for them to look at, they referred to a part that had nothing wrong with it. I HAD to have another mechanic look at my car, and they found out the strut Hiep Hoa used to replace my car was missing not only a vibration damper, but the top hat and strut bearing was absolutely mangled. The strut was blown! HORRIBLE! During the time when Hiep Hoa looked at the suspension for clicking noises, they also finally replaced the washer fluid tank and my brake line, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO BLEED THE BRAKE LINE! My car was brought back to me SMELLING like BURNT CLUTCH. My car, with BARELY 10k miles on the odometer, had it's slave cylinder blown out because of that (Ford things). SERIOUSLY!? TL;DR, this shop will cause MORE PROBLEMS than they FIX PROBLEMS!!!! AVOID IT!!
