I visited this store again in 2025. Bought a few office desks and chairs! The saleswoman Jean (Jina) was being very helpful ! I really enjoyed the visit and gained the insights I would not have had I shopped purely online!

I haven't made a purchase, but as far as the store itself goes I was satisfied. I came in to look at options for an office chair and Kevin was great to work with. He showed me all of the adjustments available and made a few recommendations. I received the treatment you would expect at a store selling high end products.
