Highly disappointed with how much they take advantage of me as a student. Huge money grabbers, it sucks that we have to buy from them and that it is required to buy those items in order to attend to graduation ceremony and etc. I bought a $10 tassel for graduation and the total price was $26 in total, JUST FOR ONE ITEM.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered graduations announcements over a month ago and I still have not received my order. My son graduates tomorrow. I contacted the company with my order number included to inquire about my order status. The response was "what school". I responded with the school's name and have not heard from back from them. DON'T USE HERFF JONES.

They are not very good with reimbursements and guarantees. I was suppose to get my cap and gown before my graduation date and I am expecting to receive it a month after. I also asked for my money back and it has taken over 2 months to process with no money back yet.

Nice. Fresh and crunchy arugala salad with shaved parm is delicious Pinsa is the thing to order. The crust is yum!

Local Representative in my area took a long time to give me the new gown I needed my previous gown I had ordered was too big and had to get a size down and when I got the new gown it was the exact same size as the first one when I specifically said that was the problem with the gown
