Theif, criminal and no good SOB!!!Dont even give the time to talk to him. Hes a true criminal. He'll steal you blind.Dirty shame to lose your lifetime treasures to this bastard. He preys on older 80 -90 year old people who trust him to keep tjeir items safe when in reality he has them sold before they ever make it to storage. There is no storage because he has sold everything for self gain.Karma v is going to get this BASTARD!!!

The guys showed up on time, worked fast, were careful and had a great attitude. They got the job done faster than I expected. I will definitely use them again if I need to move. They moved office desks and file cabinets from Tulare to Bakersfield for me.

Deserves negative stars. I can't believe this company is still in business. The owner Jack Hansen robbed my elderly mother when she moved a few years ago. Literally robbed her. He stole some of her furniture and refused to return it. We filed a lawsuit. Jack Hansen belongs in prison.

CROOKS. DO NOT USE! They basically stole from my 83 year old mother and charged her an insanely exorbitant amount to move her 2 bedroom condo. Over $9000.00. They prey on seniors and those not familiar with the standard costs of moving. We arrived to my mom's new apartment to hear a large man (they only had 2 people working) yelling at my 83 year old mother to PULL IT! PULL IT! And witnessed her attempting to drag the buildings luggage cart loaded with her boxes out of the elevator while the mover (unmasked in this era of Covid) was shoving food in his mouth. We were unable to locate the "main guy" whoever that was. And the 2 movers left when we attempted to confront them. Not even using their own cart. We were HORRIFIED to find out that she had just been intimidated into writing a $9000.00 check to these assholes. We WILL be suing. PLEASE AVOID. It breaks my heart to have seen my elderly mother be treated so horribly and getting totally ripped off.

What was suppose to be an exciting day... moving day.... was a nightmare! He was not the cheapest of the 3 bids we got but the owner of this company sells you on the fact that he will be there for every step. He showed up 1.5 hours late, brought a tiny truck for our 3 bedroom house and a car! Left for 2.5 hours to get the larger truck after arguing with us and causing so much stress and concern... then called it a day at exactly 5:30. We could have been on our way to our new city and place that very night with another company. The next day he showed up an hour late. He kept needing several walk arounds with us to make sure what we were taking... dude... everything!! He had forgotten everything we had gone over during our estimate. He treats his employees so terrible!! We were so very uncomfortable with how he spoke to them and how he yelled at them. Now, we are super nervous he will not show up with our stuff. We programmed 2 Tiles and placed them in boxes so we could track our belongings. Please do NOT hire this company!!

We are facing a complicated move involving three families coordinating their home sale/closings and a timeline that works for everyone. This has created some confusion and the Hansen's team has worked with us through this tangled web. We appreciate their patience and expertise guiding us through the process. I feel reassured that with all the upheaval of moving a home, we will be in good hands!

My experience with this company was shameful; and I wasn't even a customer. I could have been though, I move so often that they could have easily picked me up as a new customer. This is what happened.... On 10/18/17 at about 6:30pm, I was driving southbound on I-280. Traffic was bumper to bumper as usual. While waiting for traffic to move, thankfully, I was slow to hit the accelerator because out of the corner of my eye I saw a big truck cut across two lanes of traffic and dive bomb right in front of me. The tail end of the truck almost collided with my vehicle and would have if I didn't swerve out of the way. The driver of this truck shouldn't be allowed on the road. A truck that size could have killed somebody. Could have killed me and my family. I was able to move alongside the truck and saw it belonged to this Hansen's Moving and Storage. No contact information on the side of the truck so I had my son Google them and get their number. I called and spoke to someone who obviously lacks customer service skills. I told him what happened, and I was angry, all this ignoramus said was thank you and hung up. He did not want to address the issue. He did not want to apologize for the drivers actions. I mean, this driver could have killed my family and the guy on the phone couldn't have cared less. I am still angry about it and have a good mind to appear in their office and teach them a life lesson face to face.
