I couldn't find the ugg tasman slippers in my size anywhere, but they had them in multiple sizes! I didn't catch his name but he was very patient when I tried on multiple sizes and answered all my questions. Will definitely come back!

I would like to File a Report on your employee for asking me personal information which they don't need to know about, and refuse to sell me Ugg because I'm a "reseller", and there is no policy of them saying anything. My friend went in and they told him what sizes they had and stuff, and when I went in they refuse to tell me what size they have, these guys should not even be working there, there name are Jeff, and Kevin thank you

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I bought Hoka branded shoes which are really comfortable to be standing in for long periods of time, but they also have other brands and types of footwear like slippers and sandals.

I saw the Ultra Mini Uggs in the chestnut color on display at the store and decided to try my luck to see if they had my size. For some background: these specific Uggs are IMPOSSIBLE to find online or in store after going viral on social media. For the past few MONTHS, I've been checking the Ugg website (backordered for 3 months) and have visited Nordstrom, Foot Locker, little boutiques in East Bay, South Bay, SF -- basically any time I've been to a mall or shopping plaza -- and the Uggs are always not in my size or entirely sold out. But Hansen's had a Christmas miracle! They had the Ultra Mini Uggs in multiple sizes and the sales associate was super helpful and let me try on both the women's 5 and 6 to figure out which one was a better fit. I am way too excited about this Christmas present for myself. Thank you Hansen's Shoes!

Super satisfied for Hansen's comfort shoes! We called looking for Ultra Mini Uggs in two sizes and they originally only had one so we thanked them for looking and went about our day. Not even 5 minutes later they called us back letting us know they found the second size that we needed hiding under some boxes. We were super impressed that even after we got off the phone they continued looking for us and called us back! They held the shoes for us and we were at the store within twenty minutes to purchase both pairs of shoes. Thank you!

I'm on my feet all day and I finally found some shoes here that offer great support. If you're looking to buy some new shoes, I highly recommend coming here. The workers are super helpful and will definitely work with you to find a shoe of your liking.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis and arthritic pain at the base of the great toe, and had been buying larger sizes of cheaper shoes with the problems continuing to worsen. Martin listened to my foot concerns and addressed all of my foot problems with appropriate footwear solutions! I bought shoes for work and leisure, and supportive socks as well. I am grateful for his expertise! I only wish I had gone in sooner!!!

I’ve bought 2 pairs of Dansko shoes here. The man behind the counter is always very nice and helpful and the prices are the same as online prices with the added benefit that you get to actually try the shoe for size! Haven’t been back since before covid so not sure what has changed but I hope they open soon!

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2019 Hansen's Comfort Shoes is located near Macy's (basically the center of the mall). I was in need of some comfortable shoes, so I decided to take a look. It was almost 12:30 p.m. when I stopped by. There were three employees working (two men and one woman). They were friendly and I was greeted when I came into the shop. I was asked if I needed help and I was promptly helped. The multiple pairs of shoes I inquired about were brought out for me to try. I was able to find three pairs shoes - two uggs and one pair of Mary Jane shoes. I also purchased the ugg shoe cleaner/protector kit. I inquired about the return policy and they said the return policy is as follows: 1. Return in 10 days with receipt for refund. 2. Return in 10 days without receipt for store credit. I thoroughly inspected my shoes and was happy with my purchase. The entire store was clean and well organized. The customer service was polite, fast and overall excellent. They have such horrible customer service. I bought shoes and decided to return them. Unfortunately due to health issues I couldn't return them right away. I attempted to return today but was treated rudely with an attitude and told I couldn't due to the 10 day policy. What upset me more than their ridiculous 10 day return window is how I was treated simply for wanting to make a return. I will never shop here again and will rather purchase at Amazon where I have always received excellent customer service.
