04/10/2025: I had a great store experience when the purchase was made, but my brand new Gucci necklace started tarnishing in 5 days . I own many Gucci items including silver and fine jewelry but this is the first.
04/17/2025: What a different experience when I actually needed the help. The salesperson Steve could not find my item in my Gucci profile and behaved super snobby with me, even though I brought the original receipt. Then I asked to speak with the manager, no introduction nothing he kept repeating there is nothing wrong with the item... They did polish it for me and I'm afraid it will happen again and they will keep blaming me instead of being responsible for the quality of this item.

Even though I didn’t purchase anything the staff is wonderful. I got greeted on the way in and out. The staff asked if I needed help with anything. They offered some water. Awesome customer service.

Outstanding service provided by Cristie!!!
Such a lovely, bright and beautiful shop with tremendous selections.
I’ve always Loved the vintage supreme line and have wanted the Boston Ophidia in Blue forever.
I decided to add both the Beige and Blue Bostons to my collection.
The mini is for my youngest daughter as she prefers the smaller handbags.
I was able to bring items on my flight as well as having Cristie ship a gift home.

They embossed a belt I DID NOT want embossed. Then they said I can not return it or cancel order. I NEVER wanted an engraved belt it is a Christmas gift! They are very rude manager Juan was very very rude and did not want to help what so ever. Would NOT recommend this company

Snooty sales people, they act like they own the place. Very cold and unfriendly, they look down on people. They'll only be nice to you when you tell them you're ready to pay. LV has better customer service. No wonder Gucci is not doing as well. I like Gucci products but not the sales people. Just because I don't come bedecked with expensive things doesn't mean I can't afford them, I bet my wallet is fatter than yours.

Horrible customer service... We wanted to bring a pair of shoes i received as gift for possible exchange ( we called before coming to the store and the girl said just to bring it in and see what we could do/ or maybe repair) When we came in, a skinny gentleman helped us and was really rude. Told us that he couldn't do anything since it was purchased over 14 days. He could've been more nice and polite about it. I never seen a rude guy like him especially in a high end store like this. He shouldn't be working there, he belongs in the flea market.

I'm very picky, and not a generous grader. I don't write many reviews. But I think both Chelsea, and Victoria totally deserve it, and have earned it. I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers through the website, for pick up in store. The size wasn't quite right and I was chasing a tight date for an event. Chelsea made sure that the replacement was delivered on time and keeping me updated through out the process. Even texted me on an off day to make sure I was aware of when the replacement was coming in. When I got to the store a second time, Victoria made sure that I tried in on, had me even try a size smaller to ensure that what I got was indeed the "perfect fit". I'd like to thank both these ladies for going above and beyond. I could see how these folks went above and beyond to ensure 110% customer satisfaction. Job well done Chelsea & Victoria! Great hires @Gucci.

Had a very pleasant experience conducting a couple of transactions with our SA Travis. He was friendly, accommodating, funny, and patient. (The security guard was welcoming as well.) My husband and I are happy with our purchases and the service we received.

I had a Great First Experience visiting Westfield Gucci. My Father purchased a Gucci Wallet. My Mother purchased a Gucci Bag & Wallet as well. This is the biggest Gucci Store I have Visited with a Wide Variety of Items. I highly recommend this place to Gucci Lovers. Thank you and God Bless Santa Clara!

I had a disappointing experience with this store. Their 14-day exchange policy is incredibly strict, and they showed no flexibility when I wanted to return or exchange a pair of sunglasses. The design of the sunglasses was flawed; the excessively wide side frame obstructed my vision, making it unsafe for driving. Despite this clear design flaw, they refused to accommodate my return request just because I missed their tight deadline. As a long-time fan of Gucci, it's disheartening to say they've just lost a loyal customer due to this poor customer service experience.
