We recycle everything…it would be a good idea to send out a guideline to customers as to how to properly recycle everything to make sorting easier.

We've had to schedule additional pick ups lately and they have been super responsive with little notice. Super pleasant, always easy to get a hold of and the pick up team is always super! Five stars.

Called the Santa Cruz phone number to report a missing garbage can and was greeted by the rudest women. She acted as if my call was bothersome and couldnt get off the phone fast enough. Terrible customer service. Please get a differnt job if you do not like interacting with people.
