Customer service is absolutely terrible. Cut hair too short then said they couldn't do what I asked because they had already cut the hair too short. I asked them to fix a spot on the side and her response was "no it's ok"
Update: the spot I asked to fix is visible from a shadow, clearly there is an issue

Bad experience with beard trim at Great Clips, 1430 El Paseo de Saratoga, San Jose, 95130.Wasted 10 bucks, instead of trimming she almost shaved ur leaving miniscule hairs on the cheek.Dis Online check after 530 pm and didn't know that check in does not work on their app or webpage daily after 530 pm evening cut off Yung when they close at 6pm, so that sucks right off the bat.Lady put me in the wait list by taking my name and phone Nov and I was called in with in 10 mins if waiting time. However the beard trim turn out to be disaster as she just brought the hairs to the skin level, I was like what.Anyway at the checkout, she took 5 minutes to figure out that online $2 off code was for hair cut and not for beard trim, that even sucks super duper !! Anyway, I just paid and walked away quickly as I could. Ain't coming back here for ever....

I just went to get my haircut here this morning. My guy was out so I got another lady and holy cow. She was so irritated with me. I don't know what her problem was. The only thing I told her was make sure you measure the length so it's no shorter than 3" before you cut it because I already cut the bangs last week. She started cutting the bangs and I said nicely that she probably didn't need to cut the front. And I said the top is still long though, because I couldn't cut the top. And reminded her just to measure it. Then she started getting irritated by that. And literally started cussing or complaining to me, right in front of me while she was cutting my hair. Even though it totally her fault for not measuring in the first place because she would be able to tell herself that the front has a different length than the top already. The only reason this rating is so low is because of the way she treated me as her customer. The haircut in the end was not that bad thanks to me stopping her from cutting it any shorter; though it's arguable whether if I hadn't said anything it would have turned out the same. And also the other guy I use here is usually very accommodating and consistent.

In spite of getting a haircut multiple times from Great Clips, they did not have my haircut style and asked me to describe again the style I wanted. I showed them a picture and they made a complete mess out of it, I asked the lady to cut it a bit short to match it all my hair length but she looked at me in a weird way as if I'm making her work a lot. Would not recommend this place. I've been to other great clips that are better

The best thing about this place is that you can get on the wait using an app. Haircuts are okay, not great. Staff can be hot or miss, nice at time but rude at others. There are better options out there...
