Haven’t been here in a WHILE! Usually I get helped out by Hilton? (Sorry if I botched it or maybe misnamed? But it’s the chill Vietnamese dude with a mustache.) But unfortunately he was busy today and was helped out by Charlie! He’s super dope! I love his patience, attention to detail, and is committed to making sure your hair comes out right. I’m trying out a new hairstyle I’ve been a bit skeptical of and he always kept me in the loop of cuts he was making. I hope these guys stay a while because I only come back for them.??

We just moved to the area. We have been here 3 times for my sons hair cut he’s 11 and the staff is so friendly and easy to communicate with. We love coming here.

I’ve been going to Evergreen Great Clips off and on for about 5 years now. The prices are fair, I like the ease of the check in system and the convenient location. Recently I’ve discovered Julia! In this past year I’ve decided to go shorter and Julia is a very talented hairdresser she does an excellent job and she has good advice. Today’s visit I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do, she put me at ease and I was very happy with the results! She even recommended styling products and shampoo for me. We talked during my haircut, Julia is so friendly and helpful with real life advice! I will continue to come to Great Clips.
Requested style: I wanted a shorter haircut this time.
Stylist: Julia was my stylist, not only is she a sweetheart she’s a very talented hairdresser and she did a wonderful job on my hair.

The worst experience ever. I told this woman to just trim my daughters hair, which was extremely long and I wanted to keep the length, she immediately cut it by 5 inches. she cut it so badly that I do not even know what she did with the hair. I complained about it right away and then she made it worse. Then she started complaining that I don't know what I'm talking about.. the only reason I went was that I had a coupon so I thought I'll try this place for my daughter. I was so angry at the haircut and she asked me for a payment while I was still complaining that she did a horrible job by cutting it so uneven and also extremely short. I gave her the coupon, and then gave my credit card she looked at me and stated" I had a feeling you had a coupon'', I was startled, and I did not know what she meant Firstly, I do not want to pay, and then she had the nerve to insult me because I had a coupon. This woman is extremely racistic and has no idea of what she was doing with the hair and then she had the nerve to treat me badly. I am so appalled with these people and that salon. I don't expect them to be professional, but I expect them to do their job reasonably well. Now I have to figure out another way to repair the damages which means cutting my daughters hair length even further to undo the damage. My daughter was so upset for taking her over there. a horrible experience. If there was negative stars, I would've graded them as negative as I could. Terrible people terrible experience.

Came here for an "emergency" haircut after the first barbershop I went to hours before, messed up. They got me in quickly and fixed it to my liking.

cut my hair WAY TOO short EVERY TIME. even after explaining in detail what I want. my barber wasn’t even paying attention to my haircut. was busy talking to the other barbers and helping them out with stuff.

I’m giving Great Clips a 1-star rating after today’s visit. My son’s haircut was uneven and noticeably shorter on one side. When I requested it to be corrected, the stylist, instead of professionally addressing the issue, became visibly upset and angry. She kind of pushed my son a bit when he was getting off the seat, which prompted me to tell her to not touch him in that manner. I strongly advise others to take caution, especially with kids.

When you got one of the coupons that come in the mail or that you somehow find online, Great Clips is a decent place for men's haircuts. I especially like the online check-in, which saves time.

I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with stylists at the Great Clips location near Evergreen Square. Their behavior has come across as rude, and I feel there may be a bias against Indian customers like myself. These repeated incidents have been disheartening. I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this issue. Thank you and God bless America.

We came for hair cut at evergreen village sq salon. After all done. They informed they do not accept American express card. This was a bummer. They have no instruction mentioned anywhere. I had to call someone from home
