I had to get a uniform shirt embroidered for the Rose Parade. I drove all the way from San Francisco. All the embroiders in the city, in town, down to San Leandro, Hayward, and San Mateo on Yelp with decent reviews couldn't help me. If they weren't open, then they had a message or sign on their door saying will be back open after Jan 6. The few that were open said I could drop it off and pick it up in a week. Hahaha In a week??? Please, I only have three days! So I finally drove to my last option on Yelp with great reviews, but I didn't want to drive all the way to San Jose, especially after driving around the Bay to numerous dry cleaners and tailors to get work done. They answered the phone and said they'll be there for a few hours, and said they'll help me out. I got there, I was detailed in what I wanted, and they delivered with excellence, and didn't disappoint, and didn't overcharge with any rush fee and thanked me for volunteering with the Red Cross. An exceptional company that was totally clutch in a mandatory embroidery of my last name for the Rose Parade after Xmas before New Year's Eve. I think it was on a Friday. Received it back in less than an hour of drop. Went to grab a bite to eat, and got a call that it was done Son!

Such an amazing team! They really worked with us to get our uniform screen print shirts and embroidered jackets done beautifully. They got the order to us faster than the original quoted time as well! We will be using Graphic Affect for all of our future screen print and embroidery needs.

After my company went through a rebranding, the bigger online embroidery company could not match our logo colors. After a quick call and email exchange with Edgar, he was able to provide a swatch using the Pantone colors given. Upon approval, he got started right away and far exceeded the delivery time. Excellent quality, great communication, super fast, better pricing than online embroidery companies, and they're local! It's a no-brainer that we will be doing our future embroidery here.

So my wife asked me to get her a pink hoodie with 'California' on the front on my visit to the Bay Area. Oh, and she'd preferred to have it embroidered rather than printed. No problem - I checked the usual tourist spots. No luck. I realized I would have to get a hoodie custom embroidered so I bought one from Amazon and set out to find a custom embroiderer. Did I mention I needed it under a week ahead of my return trip to MA? I contacted several embroiderers I found on Yelp. No one would do a single hoodie, much less do it in the short timeframe I had. That is until I came across Graphic Affect. I dropped off the Amazon hoodie on Thursday and they promised to have it done by the following Wednesday. I dealt with Eileen and Edgar, both of whom are awesome! I asked if they could do the embroidery in script, maybe like the Coca Cola font. The result was terrific as you can see from the attached pic. I got an email on Tuesday that the job was done a day early. What an awesome company! Thank you Graphic Affect. PS. my wife loved it!

Under-promise, over-perform! Eileen and Edgar are wonderful representatives of Graphic Affect. Both were easy to work and communicate with on my embroidery job. I had an initial expectation of about two weeks (I can't remember from where) once I approved the artwork. My first job took three business days, and my second job took four days. Also, the initial setup charge, which included digitizing non-original artwork, was very inexpensive. I whole-heartedly recommend Graphic Affect!

After UC Berkeley shut down their most reliable embroidery shop, I was scrambling to find a place to get my grad stole embroidered. I'm so glad I found Graphic Affect! After calling in for a quote, I came in with two other graduating friends to get our stoles embroidered. We were immediately greeted by Edgar who helped us throughout the entire process. With each of us, he walked through how to get the best results with what we wanted written down on our stoles. He was so accommodating and helpful - we definitely could not have figured out all of this without his input. For what I had embroidered (7 lines of texts split between two sides of my stole), I paid $40 - which was so much more affordable than quotes I received elsewhere! Edgar told us he usually has a 2-week turnaround time but because we needed the stoles at the exact two week mark, he was able to accommodate. Picking up the stole was just as convenient and we are all so happy with the results! Edgar and the Graphic Affect team were definitely worth the commute from Berkeley to San Jose!

I called this company in a desperate plea to get a small blanket embroidered done the same day. I was in LUCK! Normally they need more time to get what I wanted done but somehow they managed to squeeze my request in. Whewwww! Edgar was fantastic to work with and showed me previews for my approval. I was able to get my beautifully embroidered blanket in minutes! I appreciate that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. Thank you!!!

Got a baby blanket done for a baby shower and was not disappointed! The embroidery came out great and they offer a great selection of color threads for you to choose from. Parents loved the gift!

I stumbled upon Graphic Affect while looking up local embroidery services on Yelp the week before Christmas since I needed to get a bunch of jackets embroidered with our company logo. I'm happy to say that Edgar and his team not only helped me out in a timely fashion (despite the holiday rush) but definitely exceeded my expectations. Edgar has helped me with a few other projects since then and has always been communicative with every single update about them. I think it's safe to say that I'll be sticking around as a loyal customer as I highly recommend their services!
