Goodwill has made it so easy to donate items that others could use. This eliminates asking people in person, which they decline for various reasons. They are conveniently located at the rear of the building. All items are clearly labeled for different items. Don't trash what people can use!

Total waste of time. They said they will be open until 7pm for donations but asking me to come back the next day. This happened 2 days in a row. No guarantee whether they will accept the following day. Decided to sell on Craigslist myself. I hate when folks don’t keep up their word.

Ignore the donation drop-off hours. They take donations from 10 AM until the bins are full. That can mean you get turned away and have to drive all your stuff home and come back another time. I make sure I get there before 3:00 to not have that risk.

Kicked out my kids because they are “students” (They’re actually middle schoolers who do not go to Silver Creek) and only allows 2 kids in for some reason.

Interesting rules these guys have even when we are trying to donate our goods. The gentleman has the delivery station all set up, and literally just sitting here. It’s 9:30A. However he says they don’t open till 10A. Why can’t you just let me drop off my items in the boxes? Everything is set up and you’re sitting here too!

It's the second time I've gone to donate and these younger guys say they won't take stuff now. I had a mirror in very good condition. No we don't take mirrors and yet on the site it says your take home decor. I had a small rattan three drawer cabinet. It's only about maybe 2 feet high by like a foot wide no we don't take that either. Both in very good condition. I didn't even bother with a box of towels and sheets. Another young guy was there last time with the same attitude, rude and obnoxious. I had a box of mixed household, utensils, and dishes. No we don't take that either. These young guys come across as authoritative and rude. The older men usually there are very polite, cheerful and helpful.

To donate, drive over to the backend of the store. The lot contains donation boxes that are marked for items such as CDS, electronics, clothes, small items, large items, etc. This is mostly a manual process. Asked the employee about where to place a pack of new CD-R's and where to dispose used CDS, which he told me to just toss them all in the CD bin, indicating that CD's are all shipped for recycling. The employee also dispose a bag of used batteries, which indicates that there is probably a small informal electronics recycling station (although the old fart could have just walked into the building and tossed it in the trash). Was handed a tax write-off once I was finished. If not, remember to ask.

I am so angry to donate my clothing today. The collection man didn't allow me park near his truck and even over there didn't have a sign to prohibit and I just got some steps to put my donation to the boxes. He is so aggressive to me and try to make me hardly.

WARNING THEY DO NOT TAKE MATTRESSES UNLESS they are in NEW condition. They also Charge you BEFORE they tell you this. They say they recycle them but they want new condition? Why not say that at the beginning?
