i went here yesterday to good will probably about 20 mins before closing, they had made an announcement saying “the store will be closing in about 15 mins” . and i had grabbed two bras and was going to try them on to see if they fit me and the fitting room door was WIDE OPENED. so i didnt know it was closed. and this worker came with attitude and saying “the fitting rooms are closed and you need to get out of there” so i said “okay just give me a second to change back” keep in mind i was trying on BRAS. it takes time to unstrap it and put on a different one. less than 60 seconds later he comes back upset and saying that im being “suspicious” i told him to give me a second because i was trying to put my shirt on. and he kept getting upset . i went out and i showed him i was trying on a bra, and he was like “ugh i dont want your bra” with attitude. bad costumer service. he couldve been nicer about it .

Goodwill has made it so easy to donate items that others could use. This eliminates asking people in person, which they decline for various reasons. They are conveniently located at the rear of the building. All items are clearly labeled for different items. Don't trash what people can use!

Total waste of time. They said they will be open until 7pm for donations but asking me to come back the next day. This happened 2 days in a row. No guarantee whether they will accept the following day. Decided to sell on Craigslist myself. I hate when folks don’t keep up their word.

If your a guy do not come here this place has no guy clothes this store is 90℅ female clothes with no guy clothes in sight I can't find no clothes for me at all a waste of time this place should think about why they'res no customers and bad reviews it's cause they only have clothes for women!

Ignore the donation drop-off hours. They take donations from 10 AM until the bins are full. That can mean you get turned away and have to drive all your stuff home and come back another time. I make sure I get there before 3:00 to not have that risk.
