Management should really do something about their closing team for this store. Just before closing the store associates shut off the lights and tell people that the store is closing. I’m sure if someone trips over something when the lights are off the store will be responsible.
Also some associate lady with bangs who carries around her purse goes to the aisles and is literally telling people that the aisles are close when there is still 10-15 minutes left before 8PM. The same lady was harassing a guy on 6/9/24 about a lane being closed and ushering him towards the front door. I don’t think the guy understood English that very well… I felt bad for him.

Well organized, pretty nice employees. Went in today and I was frazzled by guest commotions over the shopping cart I had and the woman checking me out (Deborah G) was super patient with me even though i entirely missed a couple of her sentences. I also made a request with bagging (i wanted the cool plate on the top) and she was enthusiastically helpful about it. I hope you have a good day Deborah :)

Bought a fan that I was told was in working condition, and when I plugged in it wouldn't turn on at all. So I drove back and tried to exchange it and I was given attitude by the manager saying it was MY fault that I didn't confirm it worked before leaving the store?! They are not even plugging stuff in to see if it powers on here. I know it's a thrift store but it's wrong and irresponsible to sell broken stuff when there's plenty of time to check before putting it in the floor. Not to mention the attitude I got from the manager I will never come here again.Go to goodwill instead.

Mens t-shirts have been $3.19 at all locations including this one. Today I came in and all regular T-Shirts are $6.19 now. Whoever does the pricing at this location is a very selfish person doubling the price from all other locations

I had a nice shopping experience at good will almaden road san jose. The staff there is so sweet. first of all, i got a great deal and find on a metal shelf (i had the match too it at home) then to top it off a nice lady.asked me if i would like her to take heavy shelf to the front so i could shop easier ( i forgot to ask the girls what her name was ) its either christina or Leslie that is what i was told by a staff member there. Then Stephen completed my purchase asked if i needed help out. i said no thank you and then he ran to hold the door for me. This place has good finds and the nicest staff.

I love shopping at Goodwill I have gone to many but must say the customer service I received at this goodwill was phenomenal. The workers were all very sweet especially this one employee by the name of Mikaela she greeted me as soon as I walked in with a beautiful bright smile and was super helpful during my time super great experience at this new Goodwill.

If you plan to come to this store, make sure you go into the bathroom before coming because no matter how much you ask them that you want to use the bathroom, they don't care at all, they take their time until they want.
