Stay away from this place. Period.
We ordered expensive faucets from here based on recommendation from GC. HUGE mistake. My sales rep never took calls, only reply emails after avg 5 days and all she sent was invoice. Worst customer service I have ever experienced for a while.
As a result, we only ordered 1 faucet for a double vanity which is the first mistake; then I opened box after months since my initial payment only to see the wrong faucet was ordered.
The store manager and sales now didn't take calls to discuss solutions on solving the problems. Unfortunately this is wasting more time of mine and I am now taking serious actions to get my $$ back.

Red flag! Worst experience ever! They sold us so called high-end Brizo products about $3000 tub system, but ended up not working. The sale had zero knowledge of the products she was selling. She messed up with the three function and six function items that we had to endure the consequences of none working tub system after installation. To fix the issue we have to buy correct items from Brizo, deconstruct the entire bathroom and reinstall the whole system.
We also bought the TOTO toilets and washlets from Gooder. One of the toilet water tank is already leaking. It took nearly two months to get the replacement parts of the toilet.
It has been a frustrating experience to work with them. Never respond your call or email. They just try to sell you expensive and defective products, and they are not responsible for the rest. Please avoid buying anything from them!

Excellent product and custom design services at a great value. I have built a house in Los Altos using their products/services including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting. They offer everything you need to complete the project with modern details from undercabinet lighting to unique faucets and beautiful marble slabs. The Gooder kitchens and baths definitely sold the house and condo with the modern clean and beautiful detailed design. Return customer have been coming there for 8 years now.

Quoted one price on tiles on 4/5/24 but I was charged higher price when went back after 3 days (4/8/24) to pick the same tiles. The reason given to me was that price quoted on 4/5 was last year price. Interestingly new price was 12% higher after 30% discount. This place is sham, has no policy on anything no work ethics. I feel like victim of "bait and switch". I am never going there again.

I've enjoyed working with Henderson throughout the years and have had a positive experience with Gooder. They have great value for top of the line products. I have not had to return a product once it was in my position so I cannot relate to some other reviews. Their staff are very helpful and I'll continue to frequent this business and I would definitely recommend them

We worked with Ava and Henderson to come up with these closets from scratch and we love the result. They were great to work with. They were very patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. Would recommend them to everyone.

Service was good before the sales. but then quickly went bad after the sales. It seems not possible to return items if you don't need anymore. Sales just ignore the ask and won't care. If return won't work, please communicate clearly instead of ignoring the ask. Also there is a lot of drama for the refund. Overall, the services after sales are bad and items are also expensive. I also feel they are not organized. There were mistakes here and there after pick up. Items are just missing or wrong. My sale person is Ava Jin.

Ning is the perfect plumbing supply store sales person. She gives outstanding advice about the products she has to offer. The best customer service that I have ever had! She is also extremely responsive. She contacts u immediately. And the prices there r unbelievable- u can’t beat their prices. She supplied me with my master bath shower and bath supplies, including a great Toto toilet and washlet. We remodeled my daughters bathroom and again used Ning. When Ning was out of town, her colleague responded to any questions I had. Goodner is outstanding. Use them, u will not be sorry! Love dealing with Ning. Outstanding customer service and always a smile on her face! Can’t tell u how much I appreciate her! Great deal/ great service. I would give her 10Stars!!!

We have used Gooder twice, one in 2020 and one in 2023, for our home remodeling. We bought their custom cabinets and bathroom fixtures. We like the quality of the cabinets and their customer service is good, their responses are fast, prices are competitive, and if something is wrong, they'll try to correct it. We highly recommend Gooder.

Ning is the perfect advisor if u r looking for any bath related product. I went in there not knowing a thing about what I want. She helped me pick up the best grohe plumping products- and a grohe bath filler and a Toto toilet and washlet. When I needed an inexpensive toilet for my daughters bath, she identified a 300.00 Toto! My daughter also decided to purchase all of her plumbing from Ning. We r so happy. Ning is responsive and friendly. I r always greeted with a smile. And what great prices!

Very helpful team. I got all my restroom parts here. They have the best discount on Newport brasss and DXV. and everyone is responsive and responsible. Highly recommend. I've been to different plumbing places by far they are the best.

If I can give 6 stars, I would.I have been doing remodeling and getting help from Gooder since ~Spring 2021, with mostly Ava Jin. Richard also offered quite some help, once for finding the drain pipe for the bathtub of a specific brand, the other time is vanity! Throughout my working relationship with Gooder, I became more and more dependent on Gooder has shown to become very capable and reliable service and consultancy! So far, I have bought most of my bathroom's plumbing related hardware ( faucets, drain pipe, toilets, vanity, sink, bathroom accessories, etc..). Thank you!

It was a chance find while I was looking into a dealer for our remodel project & Hafele lighting. It turned out to be much more than that and I ended up ordering all our fixtures & faucets, including Hansgrohe shower & kitchen systems, smart bidets systems of Toto, custom shower glass doors, custom vanities, hardwood floor-Vellichor and more. Guys at Gooder are extremely knowledgable at what they sell and prompt in response as well as flexible in helping you out should there be an issue with your orders, materials, timeline & schedule. I have been dealing there with Richard and he's an awesome person to work with. I know that whatever I need, he will be there to help with right advise, will quote at a great price, and ensure the follows up and timely delivery. I have since sent a few friends & families there for their needs and none have come back disappointed. Highly recommended!

We had great experience purchasing products from Gooders for the remodeling of our bathrooms. We went to the store on Saturday in September, the store was packed with customers with all staff occupied. So we browsed the products on the display by ourselves for a while. Luckily, the general manager, Henderson, noticed us and offered to help us. Henderson knows the TOTO product line very well, and offered great discount to us, we placed the bulk of our orders on the same date. When I returned a week later to finalize the selections of the remaining items, Claire was there to help. She spent a lot time checking on-line to help me find a particular type of faucets that we would like to put into one of the bathrooms. Both Henderson and Claire offered 5 star service that we are really impressed.
