Be really careful buying anything here, they stock and sell opened/used items. I came in to buy Calamine lotion and the bottle they had on the shelf was unsealed. When I asked them for a different one she said it was never sealed and that’s how it is.I went to another pharmacy with the same type of calamine lotion (white labeled), and it does in fact have a safety seal.

I like getting my meds from Bascom Pharmacy- they're really nice to us.They fill our prescriptions fast. There are times when I order them, theylook for coupons to see if I can get them lower than what they are.I didn't understand the coupons, until lately.They answer the phone right away- no music like other pharmacys.They put you on hold for tooooo long. I hang up, on these other pharmacies.I used to use another pharmacy. My Dr. happened to send a prescriptionto Bascom Pharmacy, by mistake. But we like it. I try to move my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I am happy that we can get our meds delivered to us and it's closer to home.They're truly a Good Neighbor Pharmacy. Awesome Team !!

A truly good neighbor in Santa Clara County. The service here is very nice I brought my mother here twice as her gastroenterologist has a direction affiliation with this place and it was the best decision I ever seen. People who work here are very professional. They explained how to drink that weir colonoscopy thingy to my mother with great clarity and quickly responded to her questions. Delivery is on time and there is no wait. If you are looking for other random stuff they got it too. Their store brand is a bit better than your retail versions. I also found some first aid doohickies and they work like a charm. Warning: Do not have your medication and other things mailed, it is not worth it. I am not sure why there are bad reviews here but I think the previous sentence might be the gist of it. If you have trouble understanding accents don't come here

I definitely do not recommend this pharmacy. I had a really bad experience with them. I used to get my medication mailed through them, but at one point they failed to deliver my medication and blamed it on USPS. This resulted in a weeks-long lapse in my treatment. When I asked for their help to resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility for failing to deliver my meds, and I had to get my bank to intervene to get my copay refunded. At one point, the pharmacist insisted that they had been doing me favors because supposedly my insurance was "difficult to deal with" and the pharmacy was allegedly "keeping my copayments low." After switching to a different mail-in pharmacy upon the recommendation of my medical provider, somehow my copay was cut in half, and I started receiving my meds on time with insured mail, text notifications, tracking numbers, and utmost professionalism without any hiccups. I kept wondering why I stuck to Bascom Pharmacy for almost an entire year, and I just couldn't find a good answer.

I'm still in shock as I write this. In my whole life I've never seen a business act as rude to a potential first time customer. Ever. My doctor told me to try Bascom and directed his staff to fax in my prescriptions to this pharmacy. Calling to find out what the status was of my order I was barked at rudely by someone who apparently must think I am a dog. They started making a range of very vague and bizarre accusations, one of which was that I had tried to do business with them previously but had gone to another pharmacy instead. Actually the truth was that my doctor had accidentally once faxed my prescription once to them (apparently they do a lot of business with Bascom, and up until now always recommended them), but they mistakenly sent my scripts to Bascom instead of my usual pharmacy Express Scripts. Months later when visiting my doctor was when he told me about Bascom, and to give them a try. The way they've treated me now, I wouldn't go to them if they were the last pharmacy on earth.

My whole family gets prescriptions from this pharmacy although we now live in Sacramento. Been very happy with their services from the beginning although some glitches here and there but they were resolved in timely manner.

LOVE THIS PHARMACY AND THE TEAM !! I am FOREVER grateful to them. They truly care about you and they go out of their way to help you (unlike big chain pharmacies). They try to find discounts and ways for you to save. They will work with you and insurance companies to get meds covered or decrease copays. Personal care and great service -- because they care about you as an individual.

Do not use Bascom Pharmacy delivery service. They never deliver my prescription before I run out. It isn't worth a little money saved to run out of an important medication.

I feel that the staff do not want to help me because of the medications I receive. I feel like they are judgmental and they always yell when speaking to me, very unprofessional. Also they are always out of stock of the medication (or so they say) every month and it's very inconvenient. They keep me waiting for weeks to finally fill the prescription. It's also frustrating when I call in a refill for a prescription and go to pick it up only be waiting for over 30 min when it should have been ready...what's the point of calling it in? I also experience when I'm there ppl will come in after me will get their medication and be out the door before me, and have me wait for over an hour. Needless to say I won't be going there anymore.

I LOVE THE TEAM AT THIS PHARMACY!! I had a new prescription that was offered as a sample and alternative to a previous one that I had been using by my Dr. at a recent visit. My local large chain pharmacy I typically work with had a wild and I mean WILD cost to this medication. The new prescription was much more effective it was a single use dosage rather than twice daily use. I really needed it not only was it more efficient but it was also stronger at the one once daily single dose. All around it helped alleviate my symptoms much more efficiently and effectively. I was so glad when my Dr. referred me to Bascom Pharmacy as an alternative. The team here is so fast! They were able to have the prescription prepared almost instantly and took care of all the work behind the scenes and it was truly a Christmas Miracle the prescription was available here with a coupon they did the work to research and find for me that had the cost of the prescription at virtually zero. When I expressed my beyond satisfied spirit and appreciation and that I wanted to leave a Yelp review and asked what names to include in the review the team member replied we are a team the review itself that you leave that you are happy is perfect. The reason that Bascom Pharmacy stands out from any Pharmacy I have ever used in my life is because they understand the value of team and strength in numbers which ultimately results in beyond happy customers, lower cost experience, exceptional service, ease and so much more that has never been experienced before and sets Bascom Pharmacy apart from the competition. Bravo!
