I am not interested in proteins but the owner was awsome. I needed my 5$ bill to be changed into ones for getting water. I asked two stores they were rude. It was like "I'm nice if you do business here". But the guy was not into if I am customer or not. Promise if I plan to buy protein, would buy it here in the future.

The store owner is super knowledgeable on his stuff. He helped me pick out a mass gainer and creatine for me. I am super new to the whole supplement for workouts and he helped me out a lot. He even told me how to take it and how many meals I should eat a day to gain weight haha. Will be coming here again.

No confusion here, Joe. Very poor experience. After asking to hear more about their supply of dried herbs, I was told I needed to know before being given more information. Telling me "I'm confused" about which store I was in is simply insulting. Do better, plain and simple.

This place is great. Don't expect the owner to give you over the top customer service though. He's not going to greet you at the door when you walk in and ask you what you're looking for. He might say hello if he's not busy, but don't interpret this as him being rude because that is absolutely not the case. If you have questions about something, or are looking for something specific, ask him. He's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. They have a wide variety of supplements and vitamins and they are all reputable brands for the most part. It's also a lot cheaper than any other brick and mortar store. I went in to price check some multivitamins the other day and the price wasn't listed on any of the containers so I asked him. He told me his price off the top of his head, then proceeded to check online and saw the lowest listed price was on Amazon. His price still beat Amazon's price. I bought them right then and there. I've been coming here for probably close to a decade and used to always get my protein here. With the Amazon subscription, I get it much cheaper than he sells it for, but if I need a little bit before my next shipment comes, or want to try a different flavor, I head straight here. I urge you to stop by and check this place out, even if you don't need anything. You're bound to be impressed by something in this shop.

The man who works here is very knowledgeable about the products and you can tell has spent a majority of his life being involved in the fitness world. He'll tell you what's strong, what's not, what's popular or even what's overpriced. Love supporting small business too ! Would super recommend!
