This is the worst credit union, I got a check from one of the members, I spent about 45 minutes trying to cash the check, I was helped by the manager, so I couldn’t complain, she’s the worst teller ever, wouldn’t recommend anyone to going at all will never go back no matter what

I am not happy with service. I called last week to get a debit card because someone used it and the bank canceled. They said it would be open Saturday. When I got there it was closed. I was so angry because I drove 45 minutes to get to the bank. I had no money to get gas. I will be closing my account with you.

Google map says Saturday opened till 2pm unfortunately there wrong also. Sign on door says there Closed Saturday-Sunday.

I have a home loan here and my experience with that has been positive. The only thing I don't like is that to get a loan you have to have a bank account. Banking with them has not been a good experience. I would close my account but they won't let me because of the mortgage.

Not sure if any banking experience is ever a great one, but we have had multiple issues with golden one since we switched banks in 18' including address issues, online banking, extreme wait times in the branch, lack of clarity or explanation, just associates not knowing what to do, etc.My spouse and I are rather chill, not too much gets to us, but golden one does upset me now since it is just one incompetence after the next. Will be switching eventually, but I guess lucky for them, it takes a lot to migrate financials.

Online the business hours say open Saturday until 2PM. I drove 15 miles there and the branch is closed. Unacceptable! I was planning to open a new account but can't imagine doing business with a financial institution that does not open on Saturday even though they advertise on google they are open.

I'll be closing my account very soon with these idiots. If you don't open until 10AM, then take the sign off your door that says you open at 9 AM.

Hours online say open til 5pm yet the door says open til 4pm. Waste of gas ( which isn't cheap right now ). Super annoying. Fix your online hours

My father in law has an account. He passed several months ago. My wife has been trying to close the account since. Visit in office, contact on the phone. Letters from her attorney. Nobody at Golden One is able to cash out and close the account.My wife is sole signer of the Trust. And executor-of the estate. Power of Attorney. My wife has supplied all and every document they asked for. FIVE MONTHS and Golden One will not complete this. Just amazing. Maybe our lawyer needs to get involved and then sue Golden One for our legal fees.Update, been another week. Golden One still has not closed the account and issued check for balance. Just F**king amazing!
