After trying 3 different bigger companies to help me with a rat problem, Gold Standard came in and was thorough in the exclusion work )unlike the other companies). Jameson just wrapped up our 1 year follow up inspection today. Just as engaging, knowledgeable and professional as ever. I had used Gold Standard for an escrow termite inspection. Based on that, after buying a new place, I got a second opinion from them on the pest report. Not only was their quote a bit lower, Jameson identified multiple issues that the other report had missed. The communication with him and the technician who came to do the work was very clear, and I was happy with how thorough they were and explained what the most important items were to take care of.

Gold Standard meets up to their name. I first went to a nationally known company who gave me a very cursory inspection and one single solution offered, tenting the house. A friend referred me to Gold Standard. Jameson gave me a very thorough review and let me know where the termites were been active, and provided me with multiple options. He answered all of my questions, and even advise of a couple other issues he saw in the crawlspace of my house. The service was prompt, team was courteous and professional, and I would happily go to Gold Standard again.Services: Termite extermination

Every single member of the Gold Standard team has provided me with above and beyond level of service! I had several companies come out but they were the most detailed, comprehensive, and professional team which really gave me confidence in them from the perspective of trust and taking care of all the pests in a definitive manner. Will be keeping them in mind for any other services but in some ways, I think I may not need them for a while because of what an effective job they do! Above and beyond highlights: text updates, videos demonstrating damage and signs of pests, cleanliness of employees’ workspace and respect of the home, free detailed diagrams and notes (The inspections are free and very thorough!), on-time and efficient services, and very polite staff.Services: Home inspection
