They have all the products I like but they're always trying to push GNC stuff on me that I don't want. Now I go out of my way to shop at Vitamin Shoppe because the salespeople at this location are too pushy for my liking.

The device was horrible ray opened late I was literally waiting there past 10am and I knocked the door because I seen the lights on Inside I graced what was out in stock and when I was going to check out he said I couldn't purchase it because it was on hold for someone else what got me upset was why have it out ? They could easily pull it to the back or have it where is not out for people that do actually come in also it's first thing in the morning how long can they keep on hold for it's already a new day I'm the first customer of the next day and that is still there so yes my horrible experience and obviously I wasn't going to fight or argue for a product but that really is unfair to keep on hold for next day and the people that actually do go in they aren't able to purchase things that are out on the shelf

Dropped in to the store (not my regular store)out of convenience just to pick up some vitamin packs. Young lady in store wouldn't acknowledge my existence till I walked up to pay. Even then, it was "phone number?" and "do you need a receipt."I just dropped $$$ in your store, I at least expect a Hello or welcome.Young, apathetic, bored, and arrogant won't win you many customers.

Went in to get a drink and noticed it was discounted but the manager Ray wouldn’t acknowledge even though the sale tag was on it. To make matters worse he told me to leave the store and I won’t be coming back. It’s sad how far this company has dropped if I could I would give it 0 stars

Showed up - sign said will return @2:45. It’s now 3:20 and no one is here. I would call before you show up here. Otherwise you waste your time waiting around during working hours ! So frustrating

At the point of being done with this gnc location. No matter what you buy in here it will take 20 to 30 minutes of your day to be rung up, even if you're the only one in the store. They need to make their computer system easier on the employees if that's the issue. Today, I came in for the buy 4 get the 5th item free sale on protein snacks and drinks. I had so much that my hands are full. Some fu fu lady saunters in as I'm ready to approach the counter and pay. Guy asks her if she needs help. She sets something on the counter ahead of me. Guy helps her with a question. I'm dropping things and ask the guy if i can set my items behind him on the opposite counter, he says yes. I let him help her and scan the new energy drinks in the back asile. I come back to my stash to pay for, and fu fu lady took items from my pile. I tolf the employee my drinks are gone from here. He says, "uh, I don't know" as he's scanning my Alani Drinks for her that were the last ones. I had about $60 in cookies and snacks. I left it and walked out. I'll buy off Amazon. Thanks for helping me, dude.

There is a woman at this location who's name is Kim. I think she's the manager. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. She took the time to find the exact product I was looking for and even gave me tips on how to save money on this item going forward. She was AH-MA-ZING. I could just tell that she genuinely cared about her job and her customers. All the other GNC's just have rude and careless teenage boys working the counter. Kim was certainly a sweet surprise. She was even modest about me leaving a review. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! She wasn't just doing her job. She clearly cared enough about what I was looking for enough to track down the specific protein I needed and then suggested budget-friendly ways that I can save on my supplements going forward. I will only come to this location!

Love GNC but I'll continue to give them bad reviews every time I drive to one and find a will return sign in the window. This happens all the time, get it together GNC, I'm sick of waiting in front of your stores for an employee to get back. I came later in the day at 2:45 to avoid this, but yet again, poor luck and a terrible corporate practice will waste another 20-30 min of my time. Other then that, I do love GNC, but if you're traveling to one and don't want to waste 30 minutes, call ahead. This is nothing on the employee tho, he was super nice and helpful.
