Terrible service. No communication. Installed the wrong glass, couldn't get it recalibrated. Had to wait five hours. A tiny, hot, ant-infested waiting room.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the exceptional service I received from Glass West. After a distressing incident of vandalism that left my rear passenger window shattered, dealing with the insurance company proved to be a bit challenging. However, Glass West made the entire experience much better.
Carolina from Glass West deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. She efficiently scheduled my appointment for the same day, understanding the urgency of the situation, especially with rain looming in the forecast. Her professionalism and empathy immediately put me at ease during a challenging time.
Upon arriving at the Glass West shop, the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They suggested I bring my car to their indoor facility, as I didn't have a covered area at my place. This proactive and customer-centric approach demonstrated their commitment to providing the best possible service.
The actual replacement took about an hour, during which I waited in the comfortable waiting room. The attention to detail and precision they exhibited was impressive. The new window looks as good as the original, if not better, and I can confidently say that Glass West exceeded my expectations.

This place was recommended by my insurance company, and they were so responsive, quick, and reliable. They came to my house directly to replace my cracked windshield and took care of the expense directly with my insurance company. Process was so seamless, would highly recommend them.

glass replacement was good up until the fact that the rearview mirror did not fit properly. Tech did not tell me that and so that is the reason for the low review. I have been in customer service quite a bit and know that it can be great. This was not great customer service; it was good glass service. The value is not an issue because the insurance deductible was too high and I am too dissatisfied.

A few days ago I noticed my 2021 Chevy Silverado had a cracked windshield. I called Glass West Replacement and they took it from there. They coordinated the claim with my insurance company, checked for windshield availability, and scheduled the replacement at my convenience and at my house. I didn't have to do anything, Glass West did it all. The install was quick and professional and looks great. They provide fantastic service and great value. Call Glass West for great service, quality, and professionalism.

Pretty ok experience. Glass looks great and Jimmy who installed it was very professional. I knocked off a couple stars mainly due to the labor cost. They quoted 2 hours at 160/hr but the installation only took 25 minutes. $320 for labor for 25 mins is worse than a mechanic. I was told it’s a min 2 hour labor no matter how long it takes. Would be nice to see honest labor costs or have been told the min up front

Due to unfortunate circumstances I've had to replace my car windshield twice in less than a year. My appt was scheduled very quickly and the tech that came out was excellent! Not only did he do a great job but he went above and beyond by covering some scratches from the previous replacement!! Highly recommend!

Nice job. I'm satisfied with the quality.I like the new windshield because the wiper blades seem to work better on this one and don't skip like the old replaced one for some reason?

Had a rock hit my windshield and it started to break out. I called my insurance and they referred me with Glass West instead of Safelight. I’m glad I went with Glass West. The staff are friendly and amazing. They did an excellent job. I will recommend anyone to come here if they have issues.

Awesome job! Matt kept me updated frequently, scheduled the repair within a few days of the initial contact. Worked with our schedule and reached out to me to let me know he was going to be in the area and could install the glass and calibrated it at our home. The technicians were timely and did a great job with their work and kept their work area and car clean. My husband was hesitant about having someone outside of the dealer do the windshield replacement, Glass West did not disappoint!

I had my front windshield replaced after something hit my windshield, which caused a tiny crack that later expanded all across my windshield. My insurance agent recommended Glass West. Before I knew it, they had a claim in and had scheduled me for an appointment. I was a little nervous at first because this was for my BMW X5 and it's got sensors connected to the windshield but the folks from Glass West assured me that they had handled this before. They came to the house, repaired the windshield and the car looks brand new. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Glass West!

Got my front windshield installed which the tech said it would take 45 mins but he got it replaced in 43 mins which was awesome. Even installed the side moldings which was broken by previous service windshield installed by Safelite. Long story short I would highly recommend Glass west replacement but stay away, I repeat stay away from Safelite unless you like bad service and cheap glass.

Had my car broken into on a Saturday night, got in touch with them on Monday, had an appointment set up by that afternoon, got the glass replaced on Wednesday for $75 cheaper than the next best competition. The experience of having the glass replacement tech come to me was both convenient and novel. Seems like a pretty good experience to me.
