Would’ve loved to made a purchase since the glasses are nice, which is why I give a 2 star but wow the workers there just eyeballed me the whole time. I even walked straight up to one of the dudes and made eye contact with him and he completely ignored me when trying to ask a question. Definitely felt judged as if I was unable to afford their stuff which made me feel uncomfortable. Jenny however was really nice and patient! If you’re going to buy anything, look for her.

They always make customer line up and wait to get in the store even they only have several people inside. I guess they try to make some premium branding but they’re not with their mediocre products. Not worth your time to visit.

Such a cool store to go into with the donkeys at the entrance. The store itself is pretty big and spacious unlike typical glasses places where it's packed with glasses and people. I liked that the sales people were not in my face and allowed me to browse at my leisure but were nice and friendly when I had questions. I think they also had a place to get the glasses done since there was a waiting area.

If you watched kdrama cloy, you want a pair of the Her. Definitely go in person and try on the sunglasses. I initially want to purchased the her. After trying it on, sales rep and I decided the Lo cell 2 fits best on me. Free adjustment. Sunglasses fitted perfectly for my low nose ridge. Services is attentive, thorough and very helpful. Clean and organized shop.

The supervisor is very rude and impatient. she does not trust her customer and not thinking of how to give her customer the best experience but how to convince her customer it’s their fault. Gentle monster sold its glass so expensive that I thought I should be treated the same way as other luxury brand but obviously, it’s not. With such rude and bad service, gentle monster will never be a real luxury brand and I will make sure my friend is aware of that.

I had a great experience at the store today, 8/26/23. I was met with an impeccably dressed associate at the door, I won't be able to correctly spell his name, but their name rhymed with the word, "near". When I asked if it was with an M or an N, he coyly responded with, "Never far," and we had a great laugh about that because it was such an ingenious introduction!Then I was greeted by Noah, who was of awesome help. Very congenial, not pushy in introducing himself and sharing product knowledge. I was then helped by Andy, and he was such an angel as we bonded over our love for the cool glasses and root beer floats.Overall, a wonderful first time in the store. I'd highly recommend this location to my friends as the styles of the glasses are futuristic yet classic, and the team was welcoming and not forceful at all with selling.

There was a line to get in the store but it was worth the wait, you get to see the donkey art display, once we got in, the staff is very welcoming, kind and professional. Best experience I’ve had shopping in years. My wife and I both got sunglasses that made me look cool which my wife says it’s hard to do. Just awesome. Thank you!

Had 2 guys who were really nice. They told me their store experience and was nice to help with my Asian nose. The lady at the register was quiet but polite.

Done.Love the aesthetic and solid craftsmanship feel of the eyewear. You can tell the folks behind Gentle Monster breathe passion, skill, and usefulness into their product.And trust me when I say that the secret to feeling good is looking good...and doing good. Be the temple. My gosh there were so many beautiful people in here that I thought we were on the movie set for my sequel to the latest Mission Impossible. Allen made sure everything had that white glove service touch. He didn't know it was me, Tom Cruise, wearing a Ryan Reynolds face mask disguise which I use to remain anonymous in a crowd.(For those in the know, Ryan's a lesser known actor.)Ladies will swoon when they see me wearing Gentle Monster. Will definitely be back!Woohoo!

The eye popping decor of the donkeys in the entrance and the great designs of glasses enticed me. However, please train your staff to be kind to customers. I was looking around for a pair of glasses I was interested in purchasing when I was approached rudely a worker (bald man with a white shirt) to put back the glasses in their correct display. I was confused by this sudden confrontation because I had been doing that. I was never given any service yet I'm being ordered around? Immediately left the store after this experience, there's no way I'm patronizing a place that treats their customers so rudely.

I had come in with low expectations because of all the negative reviews. The staff was actually pretty friendly! The only thing I will say is that with an upscale brand, and limited locations I would hope GM focuses on providing a more luxury experience to customers. The place feels very cold

Extremely rude1 star, only because I could not give 0When I walked into the store there was an associate at the front who greeted me. She was the best part of this trip. When I walked in every other associate scattered to other parts of the store. When looking at the glasses and walking by employees pretending to work (how many times can you clean the same pair of glasses) they would move to the other side of the store before I got a chance to ask anything. Note they did NOT say anything to me one time. At one point I was looking for someone and they were all huddled together on the corner by the grandma talking to eachother. The only one doing anything was the greeter in the front. Who is also helping people. Where does that make sense? Management is lacking in training and these employees are lacking in customer service.I hope you do not lose I believe her name was Serena (forgive me if I spelt that wrong). She is the only one that knows what she is doing or cares.I hope corporate goes and visits to see how much these people are damaging their reputation. Such a good brand deserves better.

Me and my friend were trying to get new sunglasses from them. I have been to other gentle monster stores to but this store is really rude. The manager was so rude to me and my friend while we were trying to add prescription. My friend does not really speak good English and he told my friend that please make it quick.

Store manager Liz is rude. Instead of helping customers she seems occupied with running around doing nothing. Dirty place? Smells bad. Ctr apoy service from Noah and everyone Not worth it. Just check the venue reviews. Hopefully something better comes when this place closes down soon.

So rude. Was asked to leave today because I was holding a piece of leftover goldfish bread my toddler had eaten in my hand. Really wanted to love and support the brand but never going back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Byeeeee!
