She couldn't assist me with everything yesterday, but she told me to come back the next day when they first opened and was able to get the rest of my banking needs taken care of since it wasn't busy. I can't thank her enough for being patient with me and for helping me take care of some bank tasks that I was dreading! She made the whole process (which I was anxious about) much more comfortable and reassuirng.”

“Thank you to Marisol for helping me navigate the recent early paycheck error that many customers were victim to, myself included. There were times where I was extremely erratic and high emotion yet Marisol was always kind and patient with me and always willing to help me to the best of her abilities at the branch level. Marisol was an empathetic listener who was always willing to go out of her way to check every resource that was available to her,even filing multiple complaints on my behalf and getting the phone number and extension of my case manager. I am grateful. The issue was finally fixed (and WF payed interest on their mistake to the affected customers) and I can't be more than thankful that I was guided by such a caring banker. “This is now my 2nd time coming into this branch and have been helped by Shruti both times. I have to say she makes banking sooo easy and enjoyable. No one likes going to the bank, but she is so pleasant and helpful that she makes it such a good experience. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers and has such a positive attitude. I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! I have had some bad teller experiences and she makes banking so much better. Bravo to Shruti!!”
“My usual go‐to for my credit union needs. However, lately, I have been unable to deposit cash into my account, and it will only take checks. That gave me a decently long walk for nothing... oh well, though. Still a stellar little atm”

“I was hesitant to book an appointment here after reading all of the reviews, and didn't have much choice because most other nearby banks were fully booked weeks out. I can't speak for all transactions, but I can give my experience. Although I wasn't greeted, I walked up to a teller (of the three total on a Monday morning) and asked about an appointment, where I was gestured to their seating. Being not too busy, I was quickly helped out by Tam, who resolved my issue pretty quick and I was out in 10 minutes. Overall staff were cordial and swift. I was surprised this location has such bad reviews but maybe I came in at the right time.”

“This is a conveniently located Coinhub Bitcoin ATM in San Jose, California and has parking available at the gas station. This is a great 24/7 location and is in a great location. The picture is out the outside of the store and the Bitcoin ATM is inside.”
