Had a really terrible time here today… I’m already at about an 8 on the anxiety scale when it comes to seeing doctors because of past experiences, so the fact that this managed to skyrocket that anxiety to about a 12 is almost impressive.I got to the clinic and there was nobody at the front desk. Very lax, nobody within the clinic further past the sign that said STOP DO NOT ENTER seemed to care that I was waiting. A sign on the front desk said “back in five minutes;” the receptionist took at least fifteen to come back. My appointment was at 10:40. I got into a room at 11.In the room, the MA seemed like she had no idea what she was doing— she tried to take my blood pressure and the machine didn’t start, and she wrote down whatever the numbers had been previously before I informed her that the machine had not actually. y’know. done anything. She also had obviously not interacted with my chart at all— she asked me questions that I had already completed on the precheck, and when I told her the answers and that I had answered them on the precheck already, she ignored that entirely and continued to ask me repeat questions.The doctor did not see me until 11:30. (My appointment, remember, was at 10:40.) She informed me that —despite the fact that I had specifically requested a physical for this appointment— we did not have time to perform a physical today, because of how late she was running.Incredibly lacking and disappointing experience from this office today. I expect better from healthcare professionals. I felt shuffled along, ignored, talked over, and treated like a number and a statistic instead of a person. It was a dehumanising and frustrating experience.

Everyone is very kind, starting from the lady who is at the reception and the doctor's assistant who helped me translate my diagnosis, very kind, thank you for your help and HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

I've been assigned to this center for more than a year after losing my Kaiser health plan. This place did not responded to a single written letter request or to messages left on its client website--including a request for an urgent health matter. I don't understand how this center is allowed to operate. Their services should be audited. Truly, beware of this place. Since writing this review, my then Board of Supervisor, Ken Yeager, helped me to switch to another facility where I am receiving excellent care.
