I sincerely appreciate their professionalism,excellent customer service and very caring attitude towards patients. I would like to thank The pharmacist she is wonderful person, extremely attentive & knowledgeable, I recommend to every single resident of Santa Clara county specially who lives in San Jose to use this great services Garcia pharmacy deliver patients medication to their home with the quickest turn around possible,without any charge ,Garcia pharmacy services way better than [Walgreens , CVS, Med impact = Birdi ]They would answer your phone call quickly, friendly staff, I would suggest to federal, state, county and private health insurance companies to use this great pharmacy as their first choice for local patients who need their excellent services?Thanks againSincerelyEddie Moazzezi

They simply come off as rude. I still use them only because it is literally 1 block from my Doctor. The younger lady is very nice. She is obviously there on a temporary basis because she is going places. But, the more mature ladies..... Wow. Just abrupt, curt and rude. Don't know how else to explain it.

We recently switched to Garcia pharmacy for our prescriptions and we’re very happy with the service. It’s family owned and focused on what they do best: filling prescriptions. Employees are kind and professional. It’s a vast improvement over Walgreens where service couldn’t be worse.

Yea, really don't know what all the bad reviews are for but I can say that for vaccines, this place is great. During COVUID, when there were huge waits for vaccines, I was able to literally "drop in" to Garcia and get a shot with 0 wait (Kaiser had a one month appt wait time for the bivalent vaccine!). I did this maybe 4 times. Staff was pleasant. The last time I came in to fill a prescription, the pharmacist stopped to talk to me about it and warned me to check my blood pressure before taking the meds. He went out of his way to explain risks with that particular med. Most pharmacies won't go out of their way to warn you about side effects of meds unless you specifically ask...even then, they generally don't care. That's been my experience at Kaiser.

They refused to give my wife a Covid vaccine because she's an immigrant from Europe. They explained that the Pfizer shot in Europe might be different than the one in the US. She then recommended we go down the street to Valley Medical for a vaccine... we took her advice to go down the street, but that place didn't even offer vaccines. I'm surprised that it's legal to decline a covid vaccine to someone from another country.

I just go here as it's a short walk and I thought at Walgreens you had to be a member or have private health insurance. I do sign electronically for my acyclovir, but the bill goes to calrx and not me.

I am so pleased with the service we receive from this Pharmacy. The pharmacist, the people answering the phone, and the delivery people are so kind and helpful! My family member needs medication delivered in a timely, accurate manner. And consistently for over 8 months, Garcia Pharmacy has delivered the meds as needed on a weekly basis. When families are dealing with serious health issues it's such a blessing when things go well. Thank you for your good service!

Run, don't walk from this place. We were told to use them at my mom's Assisted Living home. At first it was fine, but after 6 months the prices 2x-3x. When I inquired about that their comment was " what do you think is a fair price to pay?" " How can we make this work, I have to cover the delivery fee as well. How much do you want to pay?" I was like, WTF? This is crazy! She has insurance, I felt like I was shopping for a used car or something, not prescriptions! Crooks, stay far away!

I like this Pharmacy. The Bubble wrap really helps me take my medications appropriately. No other pharmacy has the Bubble wrap option. I am happy that I have them. Without them, I wouldn't take my medications properly. The staff is really nice too.
