The dressing room was closed more than an hour before the store closed. This is the second time I’ve left disappointed and empty handed. Guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else where I can try on the clothes.

When there are specials and discounts, you can really find bargains. You can accumulate points when you join the membership and you can get a discount of 1 yuan for every 100 points. If you use the above discounts together, you can buy a pair of pants for less than 5 yuan. Very good deal. The quality is pretty good. However, some sizes of clothes are out of stock and cannot be found on site, which is a pity. The service staff are nice and will proactively ask customers what they need.

Supposed to open at 10am, but still wasn't open at 11am. Waited 20 minutes, and even though the employees were walking around the store folding clothes and such, they didn't say or indicate anything. Total waste of time and totally nonchalant employees. Contacted Gap through chat, but they couldn't reach out to the store to figure anything out. So I guess they just do whatever they feel like here.

Nice, clean store that is well stocked. Great deal on quality clothing for the whole family. Clothes is comfortable, simple and easy to mix and match outfits without too much fuss. This store is located at the Westgate Shopping Mall, opposite end of the Target store.

We love shopping at GAP and this store had plenty of things to try on, but they close the fitting rooms 1 hour and 30 minutes before the store closes (for cleaning, they said), which does not make any sense, especially ir they want to make business!

Fitting room was closed 1hr prior to the store closing time. It’s not mentioned in the store for customers to notice. We had to put back all the merchandise that we wanted to try. Waste of time, Sigh!
