Just had a very poor experience at this store thanks to the worker, Samantha. Went in to return my online order since there was an option to do so based on the return process I followed on the website. She said there was nothing she can do and refused to offer any further help. She was very rude and dismissive. Checked with corporate and those were lies. Please if you see this person, ask for another representative so you don't waste your time. Ps: you can escalate to corporate so they'll get penalized.

Just a heads up - you cannot return online orders here. Even if the email receipt literally says "return to an in-person store" they will refuse it. The employee told us this directly.
When confronted with these obviously conflicting instructions, we asked who to have the online support team contact at the store because we'd have to re-process the return.
The employee gave us her name, but otherwise refused to give us proof that they're denying the return. We asked for a written statement, then, out of options, for a recording because how else do we confirm this?
In any case, the support team confirmed this isn't normal, and they'll just have to take our word for it. i hope they will help with returns/exchanges in the future.

Went into this store yesterday afternoon to look for a funko pop. There was a sign that said 2 pops for $20 if under $14.99. I grabbed 2 that were $12.99 and the lady in front rudely said that the sale was over. Then do your job! And remove the sign lazy A$$ !! It was literally empty in there also. No need to be rude. 2 bad gamestops experiences in 1 day! Hire nicer employees.

I frequent lots of gamestops, this is the 2nd time I've been harassed at his location. idk if it's an employee or customer, but some guy named Jesus kept asking me who was working and trying to get me to trade in (what I assume) was stolen merchandise for him. He loiters in front of the store and will berate you if you don't "help" him

The girl with red hair Samantha was super rude. She gave us attitude from the start. Lied about her prices when trying to trade my x box. I Asked if I could still download my games on my new x box and she said "I don't know I don't own an x box". This is baffling to me because she works at Game stop. Also lied about my hdmi not working but it's working completely fine. Overall horrible person. She basically lied to us to avoid work. Horrible person. Went to another GameStop and sold my x box successfully there, therefore she lied.

I went there to buy something real quick for a friend who only had a few hours to hang out. When I got there, the place was still closed at 11:00. Delivery people were waiting around confused, too. I had to drive to another gamestop, wasting another hour. This place let us down before said friend had to go fly back home.

Sitting in front of store right now on a Saturday morning at 10:45am. Door is locked, light is on in back room but no one seems to be in store. Phone system does not have hours listed. Epic fail. Game Stop, you do not open at 10am, post your correct hours on line.

Stay away from this GameStop. You do not want to get "serviced" by Joshua. Terrible customer service, talks to you with an attitude. Ask for Momo instead or go to a different location.

I would like to 1st apologize to the employees at this location for raising my voice. But I don't think I was rude. Just frustrated. I wanted to return something my son purchased. He did open the box but never used it or even take it out. Return was denied according to their strict policies. I would not shop at Game Stop again. Will just shop on Amazon knowing I might make a bad purchase once in awhile and can return the items.

Stopped by at 5:40pm. Store hours state 9:00pm as closing. When I arrived the doors were locked, two employees inside waved me away and didn't allow anyone in. Not sure what was going on inside but it was definitely an inconvenience when your schedule does not fit the posted hours of operations.
