Poor shopping experience. Associates couldn't tell me when products would arrive. Called and checked almost everyday. Think twice before pre ordering from any GameStop

Store has gotten better in the last few years! I remember an employee named Jesus Vazquez used to work here. I think he was fired for theft and spoofing numbers?embarrassing. New staff is so much better!
