I shopped with my mom and the truth is that the ladies who sell are super hateful, they didn't help us well, they gave us two bad prices. Bad service and we still bought, my mom asked for an additional bag and they said not knowing that we bought several products.

I bought a jacket from Guess, want to return for the refund but they only want to do exchange for other item. They had never mention about this policy before hand. So this is the last time I will ever buy from this place again.

Today I came here to buy clothes and eyeglasses. When I checked out, I have left my wallet on the counter. When I came back to ask them to check but they said they didn't see anything. And then I asked them to check the camera but the lady (manager) said the camera work very slow and take a long time. But after that she said they checked the camera ( 11/14/2021 at 2:14 pm) that they didn't see anything. Why she says to take a long time?? And they didn't let me see on the computer to check up on camera!! Why?? I have a lot of money in my wallet. Even the lady who checked out for me when I came back didn't look at me. I don't know what happened but I don't understand they didn't let me check on camera and they said the things didn't make sense. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
