We just finished an interior remodeling project with Future Vision and it was a great experience! We had an amazing team allocated to our project and they were highly dedicated to get the job done to our full satisfaction. The team worked fast while maintaining high quality and the whole project was delivered ahead of schedule as a result of their excellent work. The project managers, Roni & Mori from R & M Design and More were amazing. They managed all aspect of the project, coordinating with the suppliers and with the Future Vision construction team. The whole project went very smooth with little to no surprises along the way.The results are absolutely amazing. We are now considering a second project and one thing we know for sure is that we will use the same construction and project management team ?

We added about 300sq ft, remodeled a kitchen, and knocked down a few walls for our renovation project. Prior to FVR, we had an architect who was designing a plan for us, but he couldn't tell us how much things would cost. After we finalized the plan, we shopped it to various places. To our dismay, the plans which we spent a lot of time (and some money) on were wayyyy out of budget. When we met with FVR, Itay sat down with our plans, asked us what we wanted (another bedroom and bathroom, and a kitchen remodel), and asked us our budget. Then, he started sketching some rough plans, and within an hour or so of back and forth, we had a plan within budget which looked great to us! Yes, real-time feedback on our plans WITH ballpark pricing! Once permitting was complete, the estimated time for the project was 6-8 mo. More on this later.FVR got us through the permitting process. While we were waiting for the city approval, we worked with their designer on the details of what we wanted, colors, fixtures and finishes. We've never worked with a designer, and I gotta say, it's SO much easier when you're presented with 2 color choices, and a rationale about why either of those colors are good. In previous projects, we've spent way too long trying to figure out what shade of white (thank you, Swiss Coffee). Also, a Whatapp group was started with all of the FVR folks, and communication was primarily handled through that (along with phone calls and visits, of course). Our project manager, Itay, was extremely responsive. Like, usually within a few hours, most times immediate, and I don't think it ever exceeded 24hrs for his response (okay, maybe once, but he told us that he went camping for his birthday for the weekend, and I left a message there for him to get upon his return!). Having pictures, examples, video clips, and a record of the conversation was really, really helpful. Permitting got completed and we moved out end of April, and demolition immediately began. It was FAST. I mean, much of the demo was done in like, 3 days or less. We visited the site fairly often, answered questions, asked questions, and were able to provide our input on a variety of things. Our project manager would let us know when he was onsite, and we got to know the general contractor as well. Our project was mostly completed and we moved back in at the end of July. JULY. Yes, April to July is 3 months. YES, IT WAS FINISHED EARLY! Contractually, we were supposed to be done in October-Dec! Itay was moving the project forward and several teams of contractors would be on site at a time! There were some finishing things to do after we moved in, and some little tidbits that needed to be addressed, but the team was very responsive, getting things tweaked/fixed well within a week. We've been living here for about a month and a half, and things seem to be working just fine! Pros:-Real-time and immediate feedback around ballpark pricing for the job. This was extremely helpful.-Extremely responsive and clear communication. Whatapp group is great.-Finished AHEAD of schedule! Friends/family swear they've never heard of this before, and that it's the opposite. -Not the most expensive, not the least, but we wanted to have piece of mind and less headaches when doing this renovation. Yes there were unforeseen/unexpected costs, but FVR was reasonable in helping us complete the project and do all the things that needed to be done for the project to be successful. -Very responsive to requests even after the job was completed to correct all the small issues around workmanship etc.-Gave suggestions when issues came up but never pressured or upsold us.Cons:-Again, not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for. Though, I think the quality and communication were WELL worth it.-Had some issues after the construction was done, but I think that would happen on any job. I've definitely heard nightmare stories of issues arising after the job is done, we haven't yet encountered anything like this. And if we did, I'm confident FVR

Future Vision Remodeling did a great job on our bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and additional repair of water damage elsewhere in the house. Our project manager, Nir Bachar, ran a tight ship, keeping his contractors on schedule. He also had a very good eye for subtle defects and/or corrections. He was able to provide many helpful suggestions. His contractors were skilled and experienced. They were able to install sheetrock and paint that perfectly blended with the original. He also managed preliminary activities like demolition and asbestos removal.

While looking for a contractor for our first major remodel, we met with project managers from 8 different companies around the bay. FVR landed right in the middle as far as pricing, but it was their PM Ruben Rivera that stood out. Ruben was not only knowledgeable about the entire process, but also the actual work that needed to be completed because of his past experience as a foreman. Ruben and his team were always happy to answer any questions we had and we never felt rushed or pressured by them. FVR did a great job. They completed everything promised and at the initial price quoted. We love our new open concept kitchen and adjoining spaces. We will definitely recommend Ruben and FVR to our friends and family..

We worked with FVR on our guest bathroom remodeling project. We chose FVR because out of the multiple quotes we received, Ben & Mila from FVR convinced us we'll get a quality of service from FVR and paid attention to our special requests. We're happy with our remodeled bathroom Pros - - Mila gave us valuable design inputs and created a 3D design for us. We had a specific design style in mind, she helped pick tiles and other finish materials which matched our style. - Ben and Kobi did a great job in managing our project. Ben considered our special requests and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.- FVR finished the project in the 5 weeks deadline they gave us.- FVR team is very professional and responsive on WhatsApp group. They helped schedule city inspection at our convenience.- All the construction workers were polite.Cons - - FVR quote does not necessarily include all the costs and it would be better to have all costs included. In our case, FVR didn't install prefabricated shower door. We weren't aware of this extra cost when we signed the contract.- There were couple of instances of miscommunication but everything was done right in the end.All said and done great job Ben, Mila, Kobi & FVR team. Thanks for working on our project.

Future vision sent a well dressed lady to our house for consultation on a full home remodel.. She brusquely asked what we wanted to do (I had already explained over the phone: Interior, exterior, wiring, plumbing, the works) and she immediately threw out a quote of 280-340k. Gave me her business card and left. We were on my front porch for all of three minutes. Over a week later and no follow up.Maybe I wouldn't have found this weird if we hadn't already spoken with six other general contractors, who sent project managers, designers, or the owner themselves to talk for up to two hours: inspecting all parts of the home, taking measurements, photos, videos, showing me their ideas on iPads, discussing costs, timeline, scope of work, etc. These contractors consistently gave costs between 450 and 500k.Anyway I figure this company can't be taken seriously.

Sorry I'm giving a 3 star but wasn't really a "consultation". First, the project manager was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. I had an appointment at 11 am but then the company called to say that the project manager was running late, so he didn't get there until 12:15pm. I am trying to get estimates/guesstimates over the phone, since I don't have blueprints of my vision and I just need to see how much remodel or a leveling a house and starting over would be. The project manager came in and just sat in my kitchen. He asked me my budget, which in writings to all contractors, I stated right now it's around $580k. May seem low but we are just at the planning stage right now so I don't really know how much I would pay. I do know that I am not paying $1.1m - $1.7 mil in my area for a house to fix. That's ridiculous! Project manger stated also that for that, I would have to keep my current layout and that because of my lot, I wouldn't be able to go any bigger. That I know is not true, because the neighbor down the street and on another street also leveled their houses and have and are currently building an almost 3000 sq ft house. I have gone to the city and know the sq ft that I can build up to 3200 sq ft AND have facts to back it up. The object of this is to not waste my time or theirs and just give me a quote so that my husband and I can ready ourselves and find the right architect/structure engineer to help us with blueprints. If you just come in my kitchen and tell me my layout will be the same, then it's not changing the functionality of my house..it's just putting lipstick on a pig. This "consultation" could have been done on the phone and maybe on time. So, yeah, I'm giving 3 stars, because the office person that called to tell me the project manager would be late.

We had Ruben and his team build us a deck in our side yard. From beginning to end they were incredible, far above what we were hoping. Their communication was stellar, they truly care about the work they are doing and the people they work with, and they were so reliable. They were honest with their quote and got the work done in the time they estimated. I am so grateful for Ruben and his team!

Interior paint of whole house3. Wooden floor installation in few rooms4. Epoxy work in garageThe work started on time and went smoothly. There was some delay in getting wooden flooring, but the contractors picked up the remaining items and kept making progress. We got a lot of help from Elinor and Lina who kept us updated on day to day progress. We are very happy with their prompt communication and the craftsmanship of the work done.
