“The social media of this farm is impeccable. It draws you in, and visiting is not a disappointment. Overall a very chill experience, while supporting local and getting fresh fruit and veg. Love the butternut squash and pluots they have this time of year.”
“Mostly fruits and vegetables in this farmers market. Lots of Asian herbs and vegetables. On the smaller side of farmer markets. Besides produce, there is a stand that sells other things such as eggs, bakery items, seafood, popcorn, and Mexican food. Live music. Vendors are friendly and greet you with a smile. Some of them offer fruit samples. Parking at the James Lick High School parking lot.”
“This farmer's market has lots of vegetables and herbs which I usually don't see at other farmer's markets like Thai basil, Vietnamese perilla, peppermint, Vietnamese balm, Chinese chives and Vietnamese lettuce. Located at a middle school parking lot. Lots of parking available. It's a smaller market so you can make this a quick trip. There was a musician playing as part of entertainment. Information booth people are friendly.”
“The best bread and veggies. I was reluctant to pay $1 for corn knowing it's only .17 cents at the market. I bought 4. I don't regret it one bit. It was bigger and the best flavor. I bought olive leaf bread $16. I was debating if I could enjoy $16 worth. My niece came over and it was worth every penny.”
“Just discovered this wonderful business, and I am so thrilled that I did! Produce is amazingly fresh, VERY reasonably priced, and appears to have a high turnover. They also stock a wide variety of pickled items, cheeses, and dried fruits and nuts. PLUS (!) they also have a very robust assortment of mediterranean and middle eastern items (less common grains, floral waters, different types of fruit molasses, flatbread, etc) that that are not so readily available elsewhere all here under one roof. This was an excellent discovery for me, how did I not know about this place?!?
