One of a kind lady, Diana is extremely helpful, especially after I called 4 prior florists and they all failed to fullfill my needs. In addition, Diana knew the meaning of the specific flower that I requested and was immediately very compassion about it. Diana definitely went the extra mile. She now has a loyal customer for every occasion in the future. Good job Diana.

Hello! I would like to leave a review for this store as a token of my endless gratitude! It was late and I would never have found a quality bouquet of flowers for my wife for her birthday. Thanks to Diana for creating this perfection! Thanks to her husband for the dialogue, loading the bouquet into the car and practicing my English ? You helped me a lot!

If I could give more stars in this review, I WOULD!!!! Today, and at the very last minute, I wanted to send an arrangement to my best friend's mom at the chapel, as they celebrated a memorial service for my friend who recently passed away. I am out of town, and sadly cannot attend. However, I called Diana and she got to work on it right away and, in much less than an hour, she had made a gorgeous arrangement and had it delivered at the chapel. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!

Diana and Dat were so helpful! Dat spent time talking with me, it was such a fun conversation and he kept me company while Diane worked on the arrangement. They were able to graciously squeeze in my walk-in request a day before Mother's Day! The arrangement was beautiful, exactly what I asked for and in the price range I had requested. They’ve gone above and beyond all my expectations!

Diana and her husband are the best in San Jose. They are so generous, thoughtful and AMAZING at what they do. They are always ready to have my requests quick and efficient. I go to them almost weekly for large or small requests and they constantly go above and beyond. I highly recommend

Highly recommend!!! Really great service and you tell them what you need and they prepare a very nice custom flower bouquet for your needs and their prices are very reasonable. Much better value than other flower shops and even the grocery store florist. Will definitely be back

Forever Elegant Flowers did an amazing job on the sympathy standing floral arrangement I ordered the day before the Memorial Service. Diana and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Everyone at the service commented on how beautiful the arrangement was. It really was so beautiful, the flowers and just the entire design was gorgeous. Very, very special. I now have a new florist to go to and I am definitely a new loyal customer.

Amazing service, I needed some flowers today while she was out and she turned around to fix me a bouquet. She was also very considerate and didn't want to give me flowers she knew would die soon. The flowers are so beautiful and she was able to get me them so last minute.

Call before you come, and prefer to pay in cash! Diana and Dat are always flooded with orders, and it helps a lot if you can give at least an hour's notice for them to prepare your flowers. This place is truly a hidden gem! Great for all occasions, including prom, weddings, anniversaries, and more! Make sure to enter through the side entrance when you get there, as that is where they host the store from their house. Last time I went, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers that was neatly arranged in a glass vase. The flowers arrived on time per the time arranged when I called, and were even better than expected. I definitely will be back whenever I need flowers. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

The person who picked up my call to place an order was friendly. He told me that purple tulips needed to be pre ordered for same day delivery which they didn't have at the time. He told me that he'll call around for me and put together my bouquet. Moments later Diana calls me to inform me about the pricing and that they can do same day delivery for me with the purple tulips. I have given her the address and time frame. Upon delivery time Diana was on time and the flowers were beautifully put together. She was friendly and professional at the same time when delivering, so thank you! Will definitely order from them again.
