Great service from the entire team. Originally I did my taxes elsewhere and the person who did them messed up and I was audited by the IRS owing over 2k. I came to Flores Income Tax and Real Estate for help and they were able to help fix what the other person had done. I definitely recommend this place, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to get my taxes done with an appointment and they have the worst customer service, didn't want to answer my questions and overcharged me for the services. When asked to get a refund they stated they finished their services and I had to pay them. On top of everything spent 1 hour here doing my taxes. Would give them zero stars.
