This place is open to the public! They sell floral arrangement/gift basket arrangement supplies. If you don't have a business license, then you have to pay for the retail price. But it's worth it because they have more options than your average Michael's or Joann Fabric store.

LOVE THIS PLACE! They have such an assortment of floral supplies and ribbon. I came here with my hubz since he had been here before to purchase florals with his mom. They had beautiful flowers and just what I needed for my centerpieces I was trying to make. I also scored some discounted ribbon. The staff here was also very helpful in helping locate certain items and figuring out the correct price. I will definitely come back!

This store has a tremendous amount of selection for putting together table center pieces or to decorate for weddings or large events. I was able to get all the items I needed in one place! The selection was great. The prices were perfect. The help was apprecited and they had good customer service.

If you're doing just a small event, Michaels or Joann's would be a better option, but if you're coming here because, like me, you were doing flowers for a wedding, this is a great place for bulk purchases. They had vases, ribbons, wires, floral tape, pins, and pieces to make bouts and corsages. They also have a pretty decent selection of silk flowers (although Mt. Eden Floral Supply has more), so if you're not super picky about which flower and you're creative enough, you can just come by and check out the selection and think up a concoction based on what they have. The staff isn't particularly helpful if you don't know what you're doing, so if you're a beginner planner/crafter/arranger, a Michaels would be the best place for you, in my opinion.

This place was.. interesting? 3 stars because I can't knock em (you'll see why below) and not 2 because I haven't been to another place like it to compare it to.. Employees were friendly, on the phone and in person, and explained to me pricing, what they had in stock, and offered help. Because I had a small-ish wedding, and only had to decorate twelve tables, I don't think FSS benefited me, but I can see why if you're buying items in HUGE bulk this place would be an asset. I found medium sized vases, decorative rocks, floating candles, etc for cheaper at Target & Michaels.

I was in search for votives for a message tree I was making for my sister's wedding. I was ECSTATIC that I found some that were on the fancier side on their website. So I called to make sure they had some and made the trip out to pick a some up. They were easy to find so I brought them up to the register and was almost let down when they told me that since I didn't have a business or something that I would have to pay the normal price of $6 each..=( super bummed and ready to walk out..the guy at the register told me he'd give them to me at the wholesaler price since I wasn't informed on the phone. YAYH! So the pro is they have a large selection of things..Con, you have to have a business or something with them.
