I had a great experience with JJ (Customer Service) and Mike (the owner). I was greeted by JJ and he was very helpful from the moment my daughter and I walked into the showroom. I explained that I called over the weekend, and to my surprise he remembered me calling. Which was nice because he remembered exactly what I was looking for. He then led us to the back area where they have a VERY large amount of remnant carpets to choose from. Great variety, colors, patterns and prices. After finding what I was looking for Mike gave me a great deal!!! Which I was very appreciative of due to the fact that I am newly on my own and doing my best to still have a comfortable life. JJ also carried and loaded the carpet into my car for me! I will definitely recommend Floors To Go to anyone looking for flooring and will be back anytime I have a flooring need!! Thank you Floors To Go Team!! :)

Floors to go is a really good company and I was on a tight budget. They found the best quality carpet I could afford and did a good job installing. IT is time to replace it (I wish I would have chose the Berber in the living and bedrooms). I will get a quote in a few months and I will update my review.

We just recently had hard wood floors installed by Floors to Go. Mike was great with communication throughout the process. The guys that installed the wood were true craftsmen. They needed to match the new floors with existing floors and were spot on with wood type and stain. They taped off rooms to minimize dust, cleaned up daily and were very professional. The floors look beautiful. I highly recommend Mike and his company !

I had an amazing experience with the Floors to Go team!! Mike (the owner) and JJ where at my house 2 days after I called for the appointment. Showed up on time, very professional and highly consultative. We ordered the products and the crew was here the following Monday!! The team was very efficient and the new hardwood and baseboards throughout the house was completed in 2 1/2 days! So refreshing to work with a company who brings value and rock solid customer service!

If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. I purchased product from them and every time I spoke with them over the phone they were rude. They complained about shipping charges and then charged me for shipping. Why complain about it if you're going to charge me for shipping anyways?? They promised my flooring would be in and I had to keep calling for updates. Had I not called, I'd have no idea when it would be there. Then they promised it would finally be in on a specific date and then called me later telling me my product was there (late). They charged my credit card and will not refund me.

Unprofessional and Rude . Called the store to inquire about purchasing additional boxes and was asked to take the business elsewhere because of the smaller quantity and when asked who i was speaking with the response was " i dont have time to waste" ..

I had a great experience the first time I used Floors to Go. I went in like most people "knowing" what I wanted and after a very professional conversation with one of their employees he explained to me why I might want to go with a different option for flooring. I am so glad I ended up going with their recommendation, had I gone with my original floors I would have already had to replace them due to some water damage when replacing some kitchen pipes. They had recommended for my type of home and my future plans to go with LVT floors because of how durable and waterproof they are and don't warp because of that I minimized the amount of damage due to water. I ended up calling them back a few months later to instal the LVT in my bathroom as well. Not only did they recommend a more affordable product they also saved me from going back by recognizing I would benefit from the value of the LVT. They 100% had my best interest in mind instead of just taking my money and giving me "what I wanted". This is an honest business.Workers: I was blown away with the speed and precision of their workers. still to this day I show off to people how great of a job they did and how effortless they made it seem (so much so that I tried to install some in my closet.. it didn't quiet come out the same but made me appreciate their skill even more).Overall I'll be recommending their business to all my friends and family. They took care of me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and thats how the experience should be.

Floors To Go just re-did the flooring in our large church building in Palo Alto. We used carpet squares throughout most of the area and we worked by committee which is often a challenge. Mike R. understood our process and was helpful, supportive, and professional from start to finish. His advice was needed and helpful! His communication with the installers was very helpful as well. The outcome is just what we wanted and finished in record time. Mike follows through on what he says he will do and we found him very responsive to our questions and concerns. I have used Floors To Go in my home as well and would consider no one else. I feel good about recommending this company and their prices are great as well. Check them out!

We can't say enough about the service at Floors To Go! We visited the showroom and were lucky to have Grant help us. He was pleasant and happy to show us everything we wanted to see. He even went to the trouble of taking a large sample off of the wall so we could view the wood piece on the floor in a various lighting situations. And since we reside elsewhere in California, he readily offered to have samples sent to our home which made the selection decision so much easier. Grant also worked with us to get the flooring delivered to a location closer to our contractor and our rental property where the installation took place. He was prompt in answering all of our questions, taking our phone calls and calling or texting back. He really bent over backwards at every turn to accommodate us. In sum, we just can't say enough about working with Grant and the process from beginning to end. Don't go anywhere else - and make sure you ask for Grant. And we love our new floor!

My wife and I had been getting some of the worst service until we took our friends advice, and went to see Grant at Floors To Go. He was happy to take the time to go through different materials, what to expect with a renovation (doing it ourselves) and helped out with advice for some challenging areas. As we all get busy and forget to follow up (i'm terrible for it...) Grant was great in making sure lines of communication we simple and clear. Got us a great price. And was quick in getting materials, even though we had delays, he was able to store materials for us safely until we needed them. Thanks again Grant!

Floors To Go installed our home with flooring and we just love it. They did a fantastic job throughout and we couldn't be more pleased. The installers were very nice, friendly and great workers. Outstanding job on our preschool flooring! We were happily referred to Mike and Floors to Go for new LVT flooring and tiling in our Palo Alto preschool. Mike met with us to walk through material selection, minimizing chemicals, and the critical 1-week installation timeline. He even brought the installation supervisor out in advance to get everything planned. During installation, we worked closely to make field decisions (caulk color, baseboard selection, finish at transitions) and review a final punch list. Mike and his team called and texted to keep us updated. Everything worked. I love working with experts that are so good they rarely need to advertise. Floors to Go one of those special vendors. Floors to go has done our entire house. Half tile, half carpet. Best quote, even better service, very happy with the job. We had one room left to do and they came back today and knocked that out flawlessly. I'm partially writing this review just so I have it in my records to remember to go to them next time I need a floor job done. Mike rocks
