I have used Floor Depot and George's crew for two jobs at my house. First time in 2018 and then again in 2023. The first job still looks as new as it did on day one. Floor depot did a superb, high quality installation. No problems at all in the last five years with the install. Planning to use them again at my rental property.

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Floor Depot.
We replaced the flooring in our living room, dining room, entry, hall, office, and bedroom with engineered hardwood, including all new baseboards.
They coordinated everything from purchasing to delivery and installation, even managing a slight delay due to the manufacturer having the flooring on back order.
During the install, we actually added fireplace refacing work to the scope. We were initially concerned this would derail the project, but the team was incredibly adaptive and still finished on time.
The team worked super hard, and we couldn't be happier with the finished work.
Overall, I highly recommend. They're professional, flexible, and committed to doing a great job. Huge shoutout to George and his installers.

I worked with Cole picking/ordering the right floor/carpet for my new home. He's extremely knowledgable, also very very patient with us throughout the process. After looking around at many available options for engineered wood for flooring, we finally selected Floor Depot at 1754 Junction Ave San Jose as our store as they had a vast choice of quality material. And we are glad we did! It was a wonderful experience working with their Sales Rep Cole while selecting wood, staircase nose, and T-molding. He provided a consistently reliable, patient, professional, and valuable service. Once he even shared a picture of the measurements of staircase nose for our clarity. He answered all our product related queries promptly: during installation work in progress. We are very happy about the quality of our beautiful flooring! We will definitely buy from them for our next project.

They delivered excellent customer service and professional quality installation of our new floor investment. They have the best prices and best selection too! I love how welcomed we felt during our visits to their shop. Cole helped us with our floor selection and purchase. We absolutely love our special order of Lauzon collection flooring. So beautiful! Clean healthy air with its pure genius purifying finish. Cole was very prompt in responding via text, email and phone. He also made the order and payment process super convenient.
