I'm very impressed. They have jackets and shirts and pants and even some shoes but mainly bag, bags, and more bags. They have a wall full of Kanken bags in every color, it looks like a giant watercolor palette.I picked out the bag I wanted, the Raven 28, in a few minutes and then looked at all the other little bags they have - they have a lot!Prices are .... well I'd say it's Santana Row but the prices are the same as they are online. And Fjallraven is "buy it for life" stuff.Service was tip-top and the people working there were very pleasant. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

The vibe is destination boutique for Fjallraven on Santana Row. Malia and Adriana warmly greeted me. The selection was exquisite! Had to leave with a couple G1000 and a backpack that doubled as a stool for the field! Malia and Ariana were sooooo super helpful! Would buy everything again! Woohoo!

Small store front in the Santana row but I love the stuff that they offer! Huge fan of their backpacks and hip packs. Also love that if you order online that you can always pick up in store.

I have 2 favorite outdoor gear brands and Fjällräven is one of them. I have taken their vidda pro trousers through 14 days of trekking in the Annapurna circuit and Everest base camp. After a few years of use it still looks like new and I expect them to last me a lifetime. I can't wait to use them on other trails and mountains.Customer service in this location is also great. The staff members also spent time outdoors and I had a great conversation with their adventures in the wild.I'm not sure how often I'll be back in this store considering how their gear is built to last in tough environments but I will probably be back if my trousers and eco-shell jackets need repair.

I needed good quality, low-profile hiking shoes that were monochromatic (all black). This was a very specific item that Fjällräven carried. I was so impressed with the experience that I have to give 5 stars. Service I was helped by Devin whom I believe is the store manager at Santana Row. Devin was great! This store is like a high end REI with lots of quality outdoor apparel. And Devin was super helpful and not pushy at all. The shoes I bought ended up not working out for my wide feet after trying them out periodically indoors. They accepted my return a week after my purchase. Ambiance Yes, this apparel store has a great ambiance. You get the feeling you're in a store larger than it actually is because they make the most of the space with neat, outdoorsy decorations and photography. All in all, I will be back for some other hiking items.

I purchased a Fjallraven28 backpack back in 2016 and just took it in to Fjallraven San Jose for zipper repair. My issue was that the string holding the zipper loosened which prevented any zipping/unzipping. I first submitted an online customer service request for repair since it falls under their lifetime warranty. I recieved an email explaining a 14 business day review process. Surprised by the amount of days, I just went into this store and explained my situation. The workers accepted my request and explained the process. All free of charge. My backpack was sent to SF since that's where the repairs happen. I was informed it can take up 2 weeks depending on the queue. I had the option to have my backpack sent to this store or my home. I recieved a FedEx tracking information the day I dropped off my backpack. Within 14 days, I received my backpack fully repaired. This was actually my second time going in for a repair. First time was in 2021 for the same backpack and same zipper issue. Both experience and interaction with this store has been positive. Friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Adriana, Kii, and Devin for their fantastic customer service during my first visit to Fjallraven. I had stopped in because the window advertisement mentioned Fjallraven carrying a variety of warm-warmer-warmest jackets. Of course, with my bony self, I needed THE WARMEST. Adriana, Kii, and Devin listened to my needs and offered some options that they felt would best suit my needs. I ended up purchasing the Abisko Trail Fleece :).

My experience at this specific store was amazing! Employees were considerate and friendly! Specifically there was an associate name of Peter M.He was nice and friendly to all customers that walked it! I definitely had the best experience at this store. I hope the business continues to grows and for those who is considering to shop at Kanken, check out the location at San Jose on Santana Row!!

Don't let this store Hem your items. 6 weeks for nothing! They will go for a for a very wasteful and carbon taxing trip only to get them back in original state. Use your own tailor. I purchased the Sormland pants and asked for the free hem. They told me its going to be a while before they give them back to me. I'm used to tailors taking their time, so I understand. I've purchased suits from the store next door before and they take about 3-4 weeks to tailor a bespoke suit. SO I said, okay no problem. Proceeded to take my measurements and make the tailoring tag. After which I left the store and waited. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I called and they told me that normally it's about 6 weeks. So I waited. They finally called me after 6 weeks and I eagerly came in to pick-up my pants. They were in a sealed bag (think FedEx) and I didn't want to be that guy that tears open and demands to try - which I should have in retrospective. I was foolish to trust them! I get home and the pants are in same condition as when I bought them. What a disappointment! I could have taken them to my own tailor and get them hem in ONE DAY. I think I will give the competition a try instead. I'm sure others care about their customers
