I'm glad I found this place! They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and offered fair prices. Unlike other repair shops, they didn't feel sleazy or push unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Brought in my HP 14 inch laptop with cooling fan malfunction on Thursday. Replaced battery and cooling fan, and was ready on Saturday for pick up. Laptop now works better than new!!

No issues with The owners, they were friendly, but I had issues with my gaming laptop after they serviced it for overheating. The serviced it by cleaning the dust and applied new thermal paste, but when I got it back, the laptop wouldn't turn on and kept freezing. I took it back and had to take it back two more times, once I got it back it seemed to work, but I noticed it underperformed during gaming, and the Bluetooth stopped working with my devices. I recommend taking it to the manufacturer instead

I came here to recycle an old laptop. Do not be fooled by the neighborhood. I was very impressed by the shop, which seems very well run. The owner helped me clear the memory from my old laptop to safely recycle it at no charge.

DO NOT USE. Scheduled an appointment to replace a cooling fan on a PC. They called me a week later that it was finished. When I got there, they gave me the wrong power cord and insisted it was the correct one, and that there were no other power cords (which means they must have given mine to another customer, even though mine had a sticker that clearly said my name).Since the replacement, my computer has consistently had BSODs. I took it to another repair store and they told me the fan wasn't installed properly and some wires were still disconnected. I called FixLaptop for a refund but they refused, stating they aren't responsible for damages they cause during repairs.In short, they don't know what they're doing, unprofessional, and lazy. Find another repair store.
